      Trying to get someone from Bad Boy Furniture company in Ottawa to come and fix my love seat recliner. They asked for a picture of it i sent it told them it was the cable had broke for a manual recliner. Thar was 2 weeks ago, I started the whole process over a month ago. It is really starting to get frustrating that there is no reply from them, I don't know why I brought the extended warranty if the company is not going to honor it.

      Same issue as pretty much everyone else. Ordered a dishwasher online, every time I called about a delivery date they would say within the next 2 weeks. After 6 weeks of hearing this I wanted to cancel order but they would not refund my money as "All sales are final" even though they haven't delivered the product. On their website they list the product as "Available to Order" which is misleading and it doesn't mean the item is in stock, it just means they will take your money and give you the run around. I then took the store credit and ordered another dishwasher and the whole process of delay, delay, delay started again. Still no refund or money returned.

      We have purchased 2 end tables beginning of March 2023, we were told it would be about 6-8 weeks. We received a phone call in mid may stating that only one had arrived but was damaged during transport from warehouse to store. We received a second phone call at end of May stating that second table had arrived and we said we will pick it up when second one arrives. Every time we have called we have been told various stories of when the other table will arrive. We had to call 3 times to talk to a manager and every time we were told they will call us and never did. Not once has the the salesman ever called to update us. We have asked for a refund but kept being told sales are final and nothing they can do. We received a phone call on July 12 from a manger saying that the broken table had never been reordered and they are just doing that now. We have waited over 4 months and are still waiting for the broken one to be replaced. The store puts all blame on manufacture. Not once have we ever received an apology. I called at beginning of July and was told salesman would call me with update, 2 weeks later i have not received that call. Their prices are not worth the hassle of dealing with them

      How I wish I would have checked BBB before buying from last man’s in Barrie.
      7 month waiting for appliances. Best part is we bought the floor models of washer dryer.
      Was told they would take off floor. Few days later got a call the washer/Dry was on back order? This company does nothing but collect money and hold it for months or longer. Someone need to replace the store manager Glen. * ********* *****. And training staff that it’s ok to ***,cheat *** ****** ** *** ********* I was thinking I was getting a great prices but how good is the deal if nothing comes.

      not happy with bad boy barrie ont. I ordered a dining room set in Jan 2023 received the chairs in Jan 2023, Been waiting for table it has been 7 months, Called them many times, To hear I will give you a call back, Never get any calls back, They have never offered money back or pick another table. I will never buy from bad boy again, This is not how you treat your customers. Thanks ****** ******

      Placed an order on Nov 2022 and I have not yet received it. I have called for a refund multiple times this year and they always say it will show up next week, but after months, no refund. I talked to Nadine, Jerome, Jermain, and Clint. I left emails too. In distress and exhausted of calling them multiple times. Took my money and got nothing in return.

      In Nov. 2022, we purchased a convection range from Scarborough Bad Boy. We were told we'd get it in 4-6 weeks. After 8 weeks, they blamed the manufacturer for being slow, and said it would be another 4-6 weeks. After 4 months and two visits to the store, we were again told it would be another 4-6 weeks. In June, there was still no word. Another store visit and we were told it would be another 2 weeks before they could confirm a delivery date. After returning home, we ******* ** ***** *** **** **** ***** ** ** ******* *** phoned the manager asking for our money back. No return call. After a second attempt she picked up and she transferred us to someone who tried to give us a $200 discount to try to save the sale. We said that waiting 7 months and still having no idea when it would be delivered was unacceptable. They finally transferred us to a clerk who processed our refund while we were on the phone.
      We've purchased 3-4 big items from them over the years, but after this experience, we will never go back. ******* *** ******* **** ** ******** ** *** ***** **** *** ******** *** **** *** *** ******** ***** **********

      * ***** ***** ********* *** **** ** ******* My fridge broke down in March and it is now July and all I get is the run around with customer service. You can't even talk to anyone higher up. **** *** * ******** ** * ******** ******
