      This is our experience with BELL:
      1.] On two (2) separate occasions over the past two (2) years, we had to return rented (model VIP 2502) receiver boxes to Bell because decided to reduce the number of rented boxes at home;
      2.] Receiver boxes were prepared as per instruction and sent to BELL through ********* as instructed by Bell Customer Service;
      3.] Multiple photographs of equipment at the ********* shipping centre were presented as proof of shipping, but BELL insisted that shipment was not sent to them.
      4.] A printout of ********* Tracking CONFIRMED that equipment was delivered to BELL on both occasions within THREE (3) days of receipt at the ********* branch.;
      5.] On both occasions, BELL billed $199 for 'non-return of equipment' and Customer Service promised that bill would be adjusted at the next billing cycle - (once they 'get confirmation' of receipt of equipment!)
      6.] BELL Customer service maintains that the Inflated Bill MUST be paid or late charges could apply and an adjustment would be made at a later date;

      Why is this company selling 1.5g speeds when it is impossible to achieve this speed ? The modem hub3000 only can deliver about 600mb speeds ?? Customer service can't even speek English and get offended when we are upset because of poor service.. Bell is ******* o** every one with this deceptive 1.5g speed deal..

      Bell internet, I have a credit of $153.05 that they refuse to refund to me. I have ASKED THEM TO SEND A CHEQUE TO THE ACCOUNT ADDRESS ON FILE AND THEY WILL NOT.

      We switched from ****** to Bell several years ago after succumbing to high pressure sales pitch about the great benefits to be had with Bell Fibe. "You will be amazed with the improvements with fibre optics." There have been many issues since the switch, culminating in my final call to customer service rep several days ago. As with every previous similar complaint, I was again told to disconnect, shut down, rewire, re-boot, etc. I refused all suggestions, saying I would accept nothing but an in-person meeting at our home with/by a technician. Customer rep stated that there are complaint "protocols" and my refusal to follow them could result in no repair. I was put on hold while rep sought his supervisor's direction. When the call was reconnected, I was advised a technician would attend our home the next day.
      When this person arrived as scheduled, he immediately diagnosed a faulty connection somewhere within several hundred feet of our home and proceeded with repairs. A "wire" had shorted out with other wires and with moisture, thereby disrupting signal. Repairs were completed accordingly.
      I questioned the corroded "wire" issue in a fibre optic system. And this is when he said that we do not have fibre optics, have never had fibre optics and there is not any installation of fibre optics scheduled for this area.
      I bought the product. In good faith, I accepted that I had received the product. I was paying for the product in that same good faith, even though problems have existed since day 1. I was made to understand that those problems were of my own making. * *** **** ** *** ********* ** ******* ** **** ************. I feel foolish and duped. And with seemingly no recourse.

      For around 3 months I have had issues with Bell for my home internet, contacted them many times, but the Loyalty contacted me and *** they can't hear me and hung up the phone, and never contacted me,
      the issue is my internet speed is 25 and I referred my friend to Bell, and they provided 500 speed at the same price to him, when I contacted them they told me no we can't match that for you, and I asked them the 1GB speed price rate is like my current internet price but I have 25MB speed, they said no the internet price on the website is not for your region, so its false price on the website, never they resolve this issue and I'm very busy to contact them every day, I will change my internet

      Have been back and forth for 3 yrs with many hours wasted and multiple service calls for substandard service and still no resolve. I have had the same experience as others with broken promises , ridiculous wait times so I won't elaborate on all the details as I'm extremely frustrated , thus my complaint.

      In June 2022, I set up a service with Bell One for a satellite dish to have service to my RV for 3 months (July, August, and September 2022) for $50 per month. The service never worked from the beginning up to now. I called numerous times to have a technician help service the problem during my travels in both Grand Falls and again in Gander, NL, and all were a no-show. Service dates were rescheduled, and lengthy phone calls talking to people nationally and internationally.
      Because I had no service, I tried canceling in July. Why would I keep paying for a service I was not getting? I called and was told to cancel in September when the terms were up, although I never signed a contract. Come September, they charged me for another month of service, which, by the way, I still did not have, but because I was a bit past the billing cycle when I called to cancel again (like I was told to do, back in July) I was pushed forward another month. After two phone calls in October and very long wait times and on-call waiting, the issue is still not resolved. I spoke to someone with employee number ****** in NB who told me it was going to be taken care of and that he/she/they would forward my concerns to someone else to get get back to me. Then, later in October, I was told by an employee named Obaida, I had to call back later October to request cancel of service yet again. All the while this was happening I was incurring interest and extra months' billing. Here now, I am being threatened to have service cut off, which is what I have been demanding to happen since July, due to non-payment. We are being taken advantage of and misled into moving along cancellation dates in furthering our debt to Bell One. **** ********* ******* ******* *** ********. The red tape and loopholes are impossible to work through and the service is downright deplorable.

      Worst company for customer service I have dealt with. Was overcharged grossly for a service they never provided me. Tried to reason and resolve the issue with them. Told to wait till final bill arrived before submitting final payment. Received a letter shortly after from the vice president of Bell Collections and given one day to pay full amount or the account would proceed into the collection process for recovery. I was overcharged roughly $265.00 with no recourse. Shame on you Bell! **** **** **** **** ******* ** *** ****** **** ****** ** ********

      The customer representative named Abdullahh (employment ID : EY *****. ) who told me that all fault is belongs to me because I did not check email where has new contact. however, no sales people told me there will be new term even my three years term is ending in July 31, 2022. they started my term even my first term is not end yet. He told me the company is not even giving a valued custmers a paper to tell them if they want to renew the lease in another 3 years or just month to month basic. I thought the new contact must having a paper or personal sign or consents. they are not providing anything except many email in same day. the important document should be delivered in paper or getting a consent or personal sign that will be legal. how do you know if the bell send to my Junk box or inbox . sales representative told me it will automatically to be month to month basic when contact is end. Obviously, it is wrong. I have been charge $500 for cancellation just because I did not check my email. it is ridiculous. I will try cancel all service from Bell *** **** ** ****** ******* *** ******* *** ***** ** *** *** ******** because you do not know how much final charge will be.

      Worst customer retention agents, they ********* over talk customer and want to basically force you to stay with bell. The agent I spoke with on June 11, 2022. I was told the account was cancelled and to expect a confirmation email , and the return equipment label . When I called back on July 18, 2022to confirm services was cancelled it was not and, they began basically forcing me to have them transfer the service to my new address , the agent kept repeating her self and when I asked her to stop and she would not stop so I requested a manager and after that she cancelled the account and sent me the confirmation email . And can I say I never spoke with the manager .
