      You are never truly done with Comwave. After finally getting rid of their atrocious service and returning the equipment following the directions they provided, and having confirmation that the equipment was received by Comwave, I am being threatened with a $95 Non Return Fee for the modem and three boxes. *** ***** ********* *** ****? They have everything but still want to charge me??

      ?We have reviewed the customer's account and based on our records, a reminder email advising him to return the equipment back was automatically sent on September 11, 2022.
      ?Kindly note that all items were marked as returned by September 14, 2022. On the same date, an email was sent confirming that all devices were received.
      ?We have enabled a line for him to reach out to our team over the phone if further assistance is needed. Kindly contact our Customer Service Team at ************** (option #2) from Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST.

      The internet service is absolutely unreliable!! * **** ***** ************ **** *** ******** *** ***** ** **** *** ******** *** ** ****** ** ***** The internet goes in and out so randomly. My cable TV goes down randomly as well and can be out for days at a time. July and August has been absolutely horrible!! Two technicians have been to my home to check things and the last one repaired line outside and I still have problems with cable TV and the internet. Comwave wants me to pay $600 + $25 + whatever t*** *** ****** ** *** ** ** to cancel their services and I had started calling them about their crappy services since June 7th of 2022. ** ** ***** ************ *** *** *** *********** **** *** ******** ** *** ********** ** ** * *** **** **** ********* ** ******* *** **** ****** ** **** * *** *********

      This is the worst internet service I have ever had. As someone who is frequently home bound **** ******* I count on my internet/TV for comfort. I cannot tell you how many days I have been without service. Once this contract is done I will not be renewing *** * **** ****** *** **** ** *** **** **** ********* Horrible service. Horrible connection. Horrible internet.
