      What else... Oh ! They put a note in my credit profile, i'm supposedly a deadbeat ! ****** ******** Worst experience of my life (and i'm 48)

      **** ********* ********* *** **** ****** I had a loan with them which I paid in full. Payment stopped last year in June and a year later I received a call from a **** ******* individual telling me there was a glitch in their system and there still a balance on my account and that they will start collecting payment the next day. What kind of business operates this way, how can you trust them that they won't come back years later to say you still owe them due to some glitch. I am still waiting for the paperwork to review all my payments and make sure I am actually responsible for this so call balance but my dear fellow consumers please be alert. **** ***** **** **** ******** **** * ******* ********* ********

      Hello ***** ******, we would like to extend our apology once again for the technical error that caused the automated payments to stop debiting your account prematurely. In late April 2023, an internal audit revealed that there was an unpaid balance on your account, and we notified you immediately that payments would resume until the balance was paid. You requested that we postpone the next payment as it was too short notice and we complied. The payment history report that we sent you was intended to not only help clarify any discrepancies you may find in comparing your records with ours, but to show that there was no interest being accrued during the lapse in payments and of course no penalties charged to the account.
