***** *** ** * ****** ** * **** ***** **** * ***** we have Ford Explorer 2016, one recall service: Rear wheel knuckle replacement did in Oct 2022, tires wear out at all in Feb 2023, changed a set of new tires, the tire wear out at all in June 2023. Cannot believe it, bring car to dealership, they found out the last recall part installed not properly, and alignment off very bad, that is the reason the tire wear out sooo fast, my car only 68,000km, but already 4th set new tires on, cannot believe it! Dealership not take any responsibility because I bring my car to another Ford dealership, Ford Canada service nothing can help, dealership nothing can help, frustrated at all, will not buy any Ford car in my whole life !! Because that part recall service cost me more than $4000 on tires only, **** * *****

Dust Trap! And they take zero responsibility. Buy a brand new vehicle and it’s not made for Saskatchewan roads. Good luck.

    ** * ***** **** * * * ****** Ford Focuses have major transmission issues yet they continue to sell them and when you have a problem, they won't help you. Transmission done on a 2018 Focus with 137000km on it. Cost to fix $11000. Still owing $14000. ***** ******* *** ******** **** ****** **** *** ********** *** ******

IN November of 2021, our transmission gave out, it was out of warranty, so after contacting everyone in the city that deals with transmissions, the concenus was, Nope, won't touch that, it's a Ford Focus, known for transmission issues. Therefore, because we had no choice but to go to Ford who were quoting us 6000.00 to repair, a car that was only 5 years old and we are paying on. Someone at the dealership suggested I contact Ford Canada Customer service to see if it they could be help us, as they have programs in Place because of the numerous issues with the cars.
So contacted them and they said they would be able to help us with 50% of the cost, OK, great, anything is better than nothing. However after three months of going back and forth, they called and said, NO, there was nothing they could do to help us. So they had my car three months at this point. I was then put on with someone else who said what I was told was wrong and they would help us. Finally in May of 2022, we agreed they would cover 80% and us 20%. Transmission was ordered and I was told it would be in, in two weeks. Three weeks went by and still no transmission and car. They did'nt know how long it would take after tracking it and did offer a rental car at that point.
Forward to October 2022, I received a call from the dealership out of the blue that our car was ready. OK, so picked my car up on a Thursday, drive it for 4 days and the transmission gave out. I had to pay to tow my car back to dealership. So, my car has been there since October 2022, total of 4 months ******* *** ********** *** **** ****** *** ******** **** **** ****** Transmission has metal shards in the fluid and was deemed a fault within the transmission. ***** *** ********** *** **** ****** *** *** ** * ***** **** ******* ** *** ***** ****** *** my car is still being held at the dealership.
FORD CANADA WILL NOT RESPOND TO ME NOW AND THEY HAVE MY CAR, THAT I AM STILL PAYING ON

    Had a terrible experience with a dealership. Was told to talk to Ford Canada. Ford Canada does not help anyone with issues as their dealerships are private. ******** ******** ******** *** ****** ************** *** ********** **** **** ***** ***** *** *** ****** ********** *** ****

Ford tough means nothing now. It's the opposite. There are intentional problems with thier cars. *** ******** *** ** *** *************. Even the thin oil they tell us to use is the same as using old oil. The cabin filter in my car made me very ill until I discovered it. They will put anything in your car that will wear out and need replacing even if it makes people sick. At a time when we need our immune systems. **** ******* ***** ** ***** **********

I bought the 2021 Ford Mach-e EV because I felt it was a great purchase. Recently I had an issue that should never have happened. A rock punctured the underside of my car, damaging the battery, essentially making my car useless. Ford decided this is not covered by warranty because it was a foreign object colliding with my car. To me it sounds like an extreme design flaw. We aren't talking about a minor car component but the one thing that allows it function. Now I am paying as much as my car costs to have it repaired because Ford didn't account for rocks being on the roads.

Never again....I have had a 2012 Ford Focus for 5 years...maintained religiously. Last year, I had to spend 1500.00 to get the clutch replaced. 2 weeks ago, the shutter back, they replaced the actuator. I did not get it off the lot and it was no better!!!!!! Another 450.00 down the drain. Took it in again, now its the TCM and they are on back order for up to a year!!!! ** ******** *** ******** *** * ** *** * ************ ***** *** ******** ********** ***** ******* **** ** *** **** **** **************** ** **** *** *************

Hood corrosion on my 2017 Ford Explorer is becoming very unsightly. I submitted a claim for replacement in July 2022, just out of warranty. Extremely disappointed that Ford would do nothing for me. I would have expected Ford to stand behind their product.

Bought a 2022 Ford Bronco Everglade, 2 hours after owning it, 200kms in my windshield cracked! All highway driving no gravel, and 100% knows nothing struck my windshield! Ford refuses to replace windshield at their cost saying to go through my insurance! I went from a **** ******** to a Ford, had my time back I would of bought another ******** way better company for good customer service! Ford company of Canada has zero interest in good customer service! ** ****** ** ****** ** **** **** **** ***** To the Ford company of Canada don’t bother to send me a request to call them to try and iron things out as I have already done so that’s why I came here to give people and honest review before buying from Ford!
