    The unit sold to me was done on false information I believe in order to make a sale

    We had a water filtration system installed two years ago and I was impressed with the product and water purification as there is a definite change in the taste of the water and are happy with the system and the instillation etc. My concern was the price we paid, which I thought also included the whole home water conditioning system. It did not. We were embarrassed to know that we had paid over $3,000.00 for just the water filtration system and installation. (most expensive anywhere else would run approx 600.00). And we also pay $200.00 every year for 3 new replacement filters.! But we did get "free" soap. Check your sales agreement carefully... as always. Very overpriced.
