The technicians arrived shortly after 0800 hrs, rolled out the carpeting, removed the old water heater and had it replaced by 1000 hrs. They were very professional and proceeded with the task immediately. Upon completion he gave a quick explanation of the workings and differences to the old water tank. both were friendly and efficient and I would highly recommend them.
