1 starI need pigtailing in my home. The estimate I received from the company, is twice and a half more expensive than those I receiceved from two other businesses ($10000 vs $4000). In case I would not have understood propertly, I called several times to have an explanation, but had no return. If they did not want to do the job, they just needed to tell me. For sure, this company is not serious, and I will never recommand it to my worse ennemy.Review fromMarc P

You take money out of my account monthly but I can't get service. Phoned in April for an AC checkup and was given an August date. Really?That was cancelled at the last minute and was given a mid-September date.Funny you get an AC or furnace the next day but can't get a service call.Looking for a reliable service provider.

****, sorry for the late response as I was away on vacation. We do appreciate your business and when weather patterns we've been experiencing cause havoc with extreme heat, tornadoes and floods in the ****** area this summer, we do get overbooked with emergency calls and sometimes have to rebook regular service maintenance / checkups. We try to avoid this at all costs but when your system is running and we are scheduled to do maintenance / verification, customers usually understand that it's critical that we take care of emergencies first. I apologize if we have had to reschedule your maintenance visit but in case of an emergency, if you do need service, our technicians are available 24/7 if needed.
Again, we appreciate your business and thank you for understanding these unusual circumstances.

1 starWe need two HVAC systems. The salesperson wasted an hour of my time (plus I had to take time from work to rush home to meet him) and weeks later still hasnt sent the quote. First clue he didnt care, Id asked him to price out two options because we have two units. He said hed only send one! Instead he sent none. Two calls to customer service with lots of promises made to me, still no quote. So obviously this company doesnt care and doesnt need new customers.
