Anchor Home Comfort sent a representative the same day. He explained the problem with our toilet plumbing and what he would do to rectify matters, together with an estimate of the cost and of the time it would take. Everything went as planned and, so far, no problems. The plumber was pleasant and forthcoming with any information we asked for. I would use this company again for other jobs if it became necessary.Anchor Home Comfort
