    April 8, 2024 *********************** of Anchor Home Comfort came here today to perform our annual furnace maintenance. He was friendly and professional and got right to work on the furnace inspection and maintenance. **** showed up on time and got the work done very thoroughly and efficiently, checking every subsystem for operation and performance. Again, our experience with all of Anchors technicians - certainly including **** - is that they are very polite, courteous, proficient and careful in the house. Lastly, we particularly appreciate Anchors booking and notification system that notifies and tracks the technician arrival to ensure we know exactly when they will be here and that they are on-time. ????

    Anchor looks after all our home heat and cooling systems and the latest maintenance visit by their technician ***** is yet another example of their consistently professional service and staff which os clearly a service standard.     I have experienced excellent service all year round with Anchor for the past few years. Got a new furnace and AC installed when the older one broke. It was very well installed and I did not experience any issue at all. Annual maintenance done professionally; I appreciate the detailed report issued. Each technician was professional and respectful. Booking system and notifications are excellent too.

    They start using customerlobby company to harrass people with add and publicity by mail and email. They manage to buy name, address, and email of people that never was customer of them.What a scketchy company, run and run fast

    We had another really great visit from Anchor Home Comfort today. ******************* made sure that everything was up and running and went above and beyond by patiently guiding us through the set up of the mobile app. We highly recommend Anchor Home Comfort, especially for anyone who is a technological luddites like us.

    Have only used them for annual maintenance checks. Fortunately, *** never had mechanical problems with the furnace or a/c so cant comment on how good they would be but very satisfied with what little work they have done.

    Stay away. Anchor sold me on a Lennox 4 head split AC/heat pump system. Promised it would be installed in a few weeks for a cost of $23K. Very helpful during the sale. Booked an appointment over a month later I had to return from travel. They never showed or called, rebooked several weeks later. Ordered the wrong lift, delayed further. Told me my electric panel was Ok, then told me it wasnt during installation, charged me $7K more to replace. Indoor units are poor quality and Anchor doesnt know how to service them. In heat mode the louvers wont swing according to Manual instructions and cannot point down, only up which is not where heat is needed. Several of their techs could not fix it and they are not returning calls. Very poor service.
