    Very responsive and efficient. Came to fix the gas fireplace as requested and then checked fireplace and water heater as a bonus - even gave good tips on how to maintain everything in top shape.

    We hired them to replace our old oil furnace and heat pump. From start to finish, it was an easy and clear process. The installers/technicians were super knowledgeable, efficient and meticulous and we're super satisfied with the end product. What's even more impressive is that the work was done when promised (even quicker then anticipated), there were no surprises or hidden fees. They delivered a great product on time and on budget...it's almost unheard of these days and it shoes a great testament to the company's pride and values. Thanks for a great install and I would highly recommend Rick Menard Heating & Cooling Ltd. to anyone.

    A huge thank you to **************, ****************** and ********** for installing our hot water heater. Service was smooth. ******* and **** took the to explain the settings and how to adjust it if necessary. All 3 took the time to answer questions from beginning inquiries to installation. They also made sure to cleaned up afterwards. Great service. Another positive experience with Menard Hearing and Cooling!

    We received technical support over the phone from *** and ******* ****** and a technician was dispatched quickly since we were not able to solve the issue over the phone. The technician explained everything in detail and was professionnal. He was able to diagnose and repair the furnace rapidly. He conducted a thorough inspection and maintenace. Great service all around and very fair fees.

    **************** did a very professional inspection and adjustment of my 12 year old furnace. He taught me how to set the smart controller for humidity and found a small leak and rusting just above the control wires that needs correction. He is indeed a trainer as he had very good way of explaining the issues. A very good rep for the Menard Company.

    The guys at **** Menard did a great job installing my furnace and hot water tank. They were efficient, courteous and left the work area clean afterward.Price was as quoted no surprises and heat distribution is even on all three levels of house, big improvement.
