    The total process starting with the estimate for purchasing and installing the furnace through to the actual installation of the furnace was very professional and informative. Extremely impressed with the efficiency and decorum of the installers, ****, ***************** and ****. They kept us informed as the installation progressed and completed the job well within the estimated timeline.     Professional, knowledgeable, informative, skillful, and friendly. *****, arrived promptly to do an assessment and he was thorough in answering my questions and explained what to expect for the furnace installation. The furnace installers, ****** and ******, did outstanding work and were knowledgeable and informative. They did a clean job and the quality of the work was exceptional. The staff in the office, *** and *****, in my communication by e-mail and telephone, were friendly and helpful.     Very happy with service. My HVAC system was newly installed by ***************************** Heating and Cooling in 2016. Routine annual maintenance and a couple of warranty items have been handled well. Very happy with product and service.

    I have been a customer for quite a few years and have always been satisfied with the service. ************ has serviced both my A/C unit and my furnace. He is very courteous and always informs me as to everything he is doing and how my units are performing. He also has suggestions as to how I can improve performance and reliability of the units. I look forward to many more years of service from this company.

    I was very fortunate to have ********** service my furnace and air conditioner on September 28th. He was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. While inspecting my air conditioner he identified a part that was in need of replacement and was able to do the work during the service call, saving me an additional call next year. Thank you ****!
