5 starsIve recently purchased a maddog motorcycle from this company and *** very pleased with the product !! I would like to also say that the customer service department is second to none !! I wanted to know how to adjust an item on the bike and they walked me through the steps !! Great !! You rarely get such good customer service like this !! Purchased a quad from Venom at Christmas, paid the additional charge for it to be fully built and inspected. My son didnt even make it out of our driveway with it and 6+ months later still dragging me in circles with no resolution. Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had. Unfortunately, they do not do returns or exchanges, customer service is non existent.
