      Ive been buying from Venom Motorsports for 12 years now and they have been a reliable, knowledgeable and pleasure to do business with. They are always available and there for you when you need them. Great company thats been around a long time and sell quality products that they stand behind!

      Called in because KPM 200 arrived with a cracked coolant cap. NOT Radiator cap. Getting the customer service rep to understand that was tough. Although, once I finally got a call from *****, he took great care of me. He spent a couple of days researching the part I needed and ordered it to ship to me directly from the Lifan factory. This was a very small plastic part that I could not find anywhere. If you need help from this company you need to talk to *****. He listens and took great care of me. The reason for only 4 stars is because of the back and forth emails and calls it took to finally get a competent employee on the phone. The customer service lady that I first discussed my issue with just did not listen or try to understand.

      Ok this is by far the best customer service I have ever received they are outstanding And my customer representative was ***** and She went above and beyond absolutely great great great job and has Help me every step of the way and has gotten back to me really fast every time. She gets a 10 Star rating from me all the way around. Venom motorsports has been the best company I have ever had the privilege to be a part of. **** got a life long customer along with my family in friends. God bless all of yall and keep up the GREAT WORK yall do for us. Thank you To the whole team at venom motorsports
