Im writing to share my disappointing experience with your company, in hopes it serves as constructive feedback and a cautionary note to others.I began my application process with your company in December 2020, after a consultation with ******* *****. I was told the process would take six to eight months. However, I later learned a key detail had been withheldspecifically, a mandatory 10-year waiting period following the end of probation before one is eligible to apply for a pardon. This was never disclosed to me at the start.Initially, things went smoothly. I signed a contract, was placed on a payment plan, and made all required payments. I also paid out-of-pocket for background checks and fingerprints, which werent included in the quoted cost. Once my payments were complete, communication with your team became poor. My inquiries were met with vague responses and frequent delays, often blamed on the pandemic.Despite being told the team was waiting on court documents, I eventually had to obtain and send them myself. Then I was hit with hidden fees just before my application was to be submitted. When it finally was, it was rejected for missing informationyour teams mistake. After resubmitting, I was told in early 2024 that I wasnt eligible until May 2025. Later, that changed to May 2026. Now, in May 2025, *** been told my eligibility is actually 2028, and that my application has been canceled. Im also being asked to start over and pay again, despite previous assurances that my file would be kept and used when the time came.I am paid in full. You have all my documents, including a $50 nonrefundable fee. This experience has been misleading, unprofessional, and exploitative. I would not recommend your services and urge others to research thoroughly, confirm eligibility, ask about hidden fees, and get everything in writing.

would leave 0 stars if I was able to. Paid the initial $120 started the process then read the terrible reviews so I cancelled the process, I am out $120 but ok with that as their fees to do forms is very high. continued to get calls and emails and I kept stating I am cancelling, I had not submitted anyinfo for my bank or identification etc thankfully as I continue to read about them debiting from bank accounts. Now they are trying to charge me a cancellation fee of $275, for what I ask, nothing other than clicking a button to delete my account or make it non active. It also states if I wish to reactivate int he future it would be an addiitonal $445. Seems to me all this company is trying to do is take money from hard working people for forms a person can fill out themselves with some time.

Spoke with Monqiue, ************** throughout my process. Took me over almost 16 months to get my file completed. They always mentioned the Brampton courts was holding up my file so they gave me some documents to attend Brampton which took me all day (Not to mention my 45 minute drive). I'm giving a 4 star becasue no one mentioned that I would possibly have to take a day off work and spend a full day in court.

I get a email they didn't receive my payment for sept 15 2024. first off I have paid everything and made arrangements for 20th and 31 of July and august for additional payments which is paid ****** the one I was dealing with calls me a liar and said that's the reason I have a record and I need to pay up or they won't complete my pardon I have call 3 different times and I have my bank as proof as well as my statements of withdrawals they don't want to see it they refuse to resolve this very rude and disrespectful I now have to get a lawyer involved because this is over $3000 that I had paid

Forget about discretion from this company you will receive a big white envelope with your full name and address and Canadian pardon application services in the top left-hand corner for everyone to see. If you are concerned about discretion or privacy. it's an illusion tried to speak with the CEO **************************** about this matter and of course, was given the run around. Really disappointed this company doesn't care about me as a client

They were very helpful and communication was very good throughout the process. Took a little longer than I expected but external factors contributed to that. I received a successful completion from Pardons ******. Thank you

Thought everything was going well, got all my payments in ($1750) and did all the paperwork and fingerprinting. was ready to wait for my pardon. An additional $450 bank charge left me bewildered. They gave me a run around.. some made up fee and a terrible copy and pasted email. so I disputed it with my bank and thankfully at least got that money back. They tried to charge me another cancellation fee for $300, but thankfully my bank didn't let it go through. They still scammed me out of nearly $2000 and a year of my time though.
