  My experience was good, everything went smoothly. Until I was informed about the waiver process. That was a nightmare. I didn't know about having to go to Port of entry and give DNA. And the process is still ongoing. Still waiting for it. Have been waiting since August 2023. Started the whole process in 2022 to go on my vacation a year ahead and still not done, extremely expensive to get a waiver for 1 year. Then was informed that you'll have to reapply yearly. Hoping to get it soon.

  i was made aware of this organization through ********* i replied to an advertisement concerning being denied entry to **************************** because of a conviction for possession of canabis when I was 17 years old even though I had received a full discharge four years later. They were very business like and advised me that they had processed literally hundreds if not thousands of applications for exactly my border crossing problem. They clearly described the process which would be followed and what their fee would be to complete the application. At all times the various people in the organization which I dealt with were very Professional in their attitude. Everything was very transparent and straight forward. Their fee was very similar to hiring a lawyer to represent you in any legal matter. I am very pleased with having dealt with CPAS and am quite willing to refer them to anyone who is looking for assistance with either entry to ******* or looking to obtain a pardon of a criminal record. They are a trust-worthy business.

  First, I would like to thank the people at Canadian Pardon Application Services, **** for their assistance, their patience, and their understanding in my difficult time.Having said this, had I known that I had to fill out the very same application for the US Waiver myself, I would probably have chosen to save the cost and done it on my own, gone to the court to get my files, and to get my prints done, as I had to do all these things anyway. When I was sent my 'file', it was everything I had originally sent them with just added addresses. The fee was astronomical.I wouldn't recommend going this route even though I appreciate the kindness of the people doing the service. Couple that with the confusion in the directions of what to do with the file once it was created, was pretty frightening.I had to take it to the border for submission and fingerprinting, but the American border guards didn't understand why I wanted to 'just submit the file' and not cross the line. It turned into a heated interrogation, which I found to be extremely traumatic. I was expecting this to be a more substantiated, investigated process with an associate from the Canadian Pardon Application Services assisting through the stages, but I felt quite alone in the process.Now, I don't know if I have been approved for a US Waiver or not, but what I will tell you is that going through the ACT of applying for a US Waiver...has lifted my spirits, my morale, and my sense of self worth in so many ways and I am grateful I took a friend's advice and tried....So for that, thank you.

  I am very pleased. They made complicated matter easy. The kept following up to encourage me to get the items they needed. The last time i did this i hired an immigration lawyer and it cost me ***** dollars so the cost this time was 1/5th!!! Big savings. I am very pleased!

  This company got my pardon done efficiently and effectively! It took a little longer than I hoped but they gave me an estimate of time, which is exactly that; an estimate! They were very communicative through the process even though I probably drove them nuts. It was more expensive than you could do it yourself, but thats why you are paying for a service. I am happy to say I will never use them again! lol. They completed my record suspension. Thanks again!
