DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Absolutely little to no communication, very few returned emails, one returned phone call, and NO OFFICE at the Elgin St location listed, just a shell office for mail pick up. I went down to the office and the lady there said there were many similar complaints from other clients. All phone numbers have the same message with no one responding. Was charged an additional $350 without authorization. No updates, nothing seems to be getting accomplished.Canadian Pardon Application Services Inc.

Got my Pardon, Waiver and Expungement completed in under 18 months with no real issues. I did have a pretty big file so I understood the lengthy timeline... I spoke with *** ********************* to start my Pardon and Expungement in June 2022. I have recently submitted my application to the ************ for review. I paid for rush service to save a couple months. Sometimes it can be hard to get a hold of ************ or their processing department which is understandable but overall experience was great.Canadian Pardon Application Services Inc.

5 starsHey all, I dealt with ****** and ******* at Canadian Pardons Services. They did both a Pardon and Waiver. My Waiver was finished around 8 months and my Pardon around 13 months. Overall they mentioned it would take about a year or so. As all whole there were no big surprises and everything moved along fairly smoothly. *** had a really tough time trying to deal with these guys I know I did wrong in the past Im asking for a pardon but theyre not giving it to me its been over three years now trying to struggle with it and Ive given them more and more money and nothings been done. I still cannot get into *************. For something I did when I was 19 years old. These guys cant get their act together to get this pardon through for me. and I really feel in regret that theyre failing me..Canadian Pardon Application Services Inc.

I spoke with a representative of the ******** ****************** Services in late September and requested them to complete my pardon. This month(October) I went to the local detachment for prints etc for the application. I was there on a second matter as well- **** record check. When the secretary did my **** record check out it was discovered that I don't have a record any longer. I have been trying to reach CPAS with no return calls after several messages were left. I gave ****** dollars in September to start the process and get it paid for quickly. I have now spent ****** as of today 22/10/21 for a service that is not required and after leaving several messages explaining this they still took ****** that I did not agree too.Canadian Pardon Application Services Inc.

Hello ****, We have yet to receive your fingerprint results which would reflect no criminal record. In this case, we would still need to perform a fingerprint and photograph destruction in order to fully clear the **** record from the Canadian Database.
