  I have been dealing with ****** for my 192 Waiver application, He was very good at explaining the whole process and approx. time frame that I will be dealing with. I applied in March 2023 and by the end of July 2023, I had my package all back to me ready to take to Home Land Security. I am very happy this the service that this company has provided me. Now I am just waiting on Home Land Security to approve my 192 Waiver. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, in-fact I have already referred 1 person to contact them to start his 192 Waiver

  I spoke with this ******* from this company to get my Pardon Waiver and Expungement taken care of. My Waiver seems to be moving along quicker than my Pardon which I wish was the other way around but they explained its out of their hands once its in the court stage. Despite of this everything seems to be moving along fairly well.

  I have been trying to get a new start on life and when I originally spoke to these guys they assured me that was going to be the case. I have been dealing with these guys for awhile now and made all the necessary payments for a US Entry Waiver and a Pardon. I believe the total value to be around $3300. Once my payments where done I got zero discussion or communication from them in any way shape or form. I have been dealing with *********************** and for awhile he would answer my emails and calls and discuss my matters with me. The last time I emailed him I asked what the status of my application was and his answer was good just waiting on a few documents from the courthouse. To which I replied with "What documents would those be?" and I got no response. This was over a two months ago. I feel like this business is a scam and should be looked into.Doesnt deserve even one star but they make you put one on as a minimum

  Hello ******, Unfortunately we cannot control the timelines that the courts have in regards to releasing the necessary documents needed in order to complete your applications. The courts usually take anywhere from 4-8 months to release these documents under normal circumstances.   I have been paying Canadian pardons for almost 2 years. On june 30 i went to the bank and found Canadian pardons had removed ALL my money 445 $ on a different day from the regular payment date . So i paid all of it plus they drained my account . My bank is looking into it as its fraud so we will see were that goes. It wasnt until i phoned and phoned leaving messages (not angry ones either) that they sent me a message saying i wouldnt be eligible for a pardon at this time ????? From there client care dept.....no reason no nothing ...this is a crime. Who is allowing these people to operate in ****** ??? I also was approached about a month ago bye a really creepy woman who i think worked for them , i believe she tracked my phone lol. She went on with some story that seemed to be a bad rendition of my life that she got from an estranged relative who`s also her friend . I cant prove this but i`m pretty darn sure.

  I entered into an agreement back in January, that was represented by *******************************. an employee of Canadian Pardon Application Services, which has not been honored.I asked if the phone calls are recorded, and they said yes. I have asked for the phone calls to heard and the stipulations would be made clear. As a matter of fact, I was on the phone with ******************************* a number of times, and a couple of times for close to, if not and hour, explaining why it is imperative that I receive my US Entry Waiver ASAP. He assue=red and reassured me that this would be the case. He actually went on to say they have had a good out come where people have received their WAIVER or PARDON with in 3-4 months. I accepted this information. It was also agreed upon that I would continue to pay until the $900 bill was paid in full and in no way does this stop me for obtaining my Waiver. I used the analogy like buying a house or a car, I agree to pay and I get the house or car with a payment plan. Only after did they say the bill has to be paid in full then I receive my waiver. THIS WAS NEVER AGREED UPON. My urgency was imperative to and part of the agreement. ******* concurred and thats why I decided to do business with them.*************************** has been rude, arguing with me like and hung up on me when I am trying to give them the opportunity to honor the agreement set fourth by *******************************. I've asked to speak with ******* and they are very silent. I believe he was fired because to gain my trust and my business he made this agreement. However, I wouldn't hav entered into an agreement if what I needed wasn't offered to me. I have tried to escalate this to ***** a "Senior Advisor", with no prevail. All I want is the agreement to be honored, receive my US Entry Waiver, and move on with my life. They have caused me financial damages and as a result put me in financial hardship with their lack of actions and negligence. I need my waiver ASAP as agreed up.

  Hello ********, Unfortunately the timelines for the ** ************ are completely dependent upon government timelines . While we have seen US ************ Applications completed within the 3-4 months timeframe it is always recommended for you to start your application at least 1 year prior to your plans to travel.   Overall this is a good company to work with because I got what I needed done. The only thing is sometimes its hard to get a hold of staff which can be very frustration especially when this was hold me back from such a big opportunity at work. That would be my only recommendation but besides that thank you Canadian Pardons for completing my application.
