    We purchased a car through a used dealership and we have never missed a payment. We notified them in December 2022 of this year to delay the payment. This was all communicate via email and by phone. For some reasons there was an error with the bank and the payment was late.     Absolutely terrible experience with lendcare. They owe me a refund, I could never get a hold of anyone to assist me with this refund. I was told today to call back and someone would assist me. Kept being patched into various automated voice-mail boxes that never identified itself as to who I would be leaving a message to. I ended up calling back 7 to 8 times to finally get a a hold of a nicole to assist me with my case. I requested a release letter to which she said I should expect to see within 24 hrs and proof and/or confirmation that I would in fact receive my refund for a double payment. She said they don't do that. How difficult would it be to provide a written confirmation of what transpired over the phone? Needless to say I would never use their services again. ********* ************** ******** **** ** ******

    Have 2 car loans through Lendcare. They were to take the payments out 2x a month. They changed and decided to do once a month without notification. Payments were increased with out advising me. They rean the payment requests along with the warranty payments 5 times through my bank. The have been doing this several times. I advised them not to run through the bank that I would etransfer the payments to them for the car loans and warranty payments. They agreed. They still keep running several times. Said it was a error in biling,. Was advised they would reimbutse overdraft charges and remove any late fees which hasn't been done. Was advised they would defer payments for a month and add any which there isn't late payment to end of the loan to get resolved and reimbutse overdraft charges. They didn't do that. Threatening to turn off the vehichels. We live 2 hours from town in rural area, no ambulance service here. ******* *** ****** ******. You can't leave people stranded. Talked to attorney. Was advise to have them defer this till the end of the loan to get it resolved. They demanded $1750 today and still continually running the payment request through my bank.

    I spoke to an employee from Lendcare Capital today and the customer service was excellent.
    I spoke with Marcel P. regarding making extra payments and he was very helpful and patient.
    He took his time to explain everything clearly. He also gave me different options to make extra payments.

    My husband bought a boat from them a couple years ago. We made payments on time. I was coerced into being a co-signer even though I told
    My husband finances would be tight. He left me and my daughter in December 2022 *** ** ******. He missed payments on his boat then quit his job and left town without notice. His truck was repoed cause he abandoned it. I’m being hounded for payments on this boat. I was told I cannot sell it to pay off the loan amount cause it has a lein. I can’t afford the payments on a part time income and can’t use or sell the boat. They continue to hound me and threaten me.

    I am very very upset with (don't) care lend care. I am * **** ******** ****** **** ** in need of a mobility scooter. I can not drive or walk, i asked them for help. They agreed to finance a mobility scooter for me. I had bo choice as to were or whom the scooter came from. Lend care chose to deal with a suppler vy the name of **** *** **** ****** *** ******** from the Toronto area. I choose a scooter and after several missed delivery dates it finally arrived. I put the unit together. I drove it 11km and it stopped working. Being a retired electronic engineer and in gave need of transportation , as i live in a small town with no public transportation, no buses no taxes and no handicap services of any kind had no choice but to deal with this on my own. The bike i choose had to be able to withstand Northern Ontario climates.. i had the town people off load the scooter onto my covered deck to assemble the unit in late November of 2021, i drove the scooter 11km and it stopped working. I have been trying to fix it ever since, it is bow almost November again and it still sitting on my deck broken and after talking to the head technician at **** *** **** tells me that 50 percent of the batteries are defective as are the controllers. The bike was never tested as the speedometer was at zero, the manufacture wants the scooter back, witch is fine but they want me to pay the shipping, i asked the dealer **** *** **** to just send a new unit and pick up the old one. Makes sense, wrong . Lend Care dosnt care they want there money. You be the judge who is in the wrong?. .

    I had a loan from Lendcare it was paid off on June 13th 2022 I received a release letter at that time stating it was paid in full
    For some reason they have been reporting my payment late at the Credit Bureau ever since showing me late on my payments they have destroyed my good credit rating at this point
    Upon calling them they keep telling me I am late then they state oh wait your loan is paid off it was paid off in June
    ****** ** ***** **** they don’t care about you or anyone at all I paid in good faith on time always never a day late to be slaughtered at the bureau

    ** ***** *** *** *** ** ***** *** **** ** ******* ****** **** ***** **** ******* * ****** * **** **** ***** ** *******. They are not providing financial lending, rather operating a high-risk situation for you to become stressed out about. If you thought pay day loans were predatory, you clearly have not dealt with them. I question the legality of their operations.

    Customer service is worst. I took a loan out of a ******* vacuum. As per agent I can pay anytime w/out interest. It would be open ended. When about time to do so it's w/interest. I also changed my bank. I called them numerous times and way ahead of time they did not took out payment on the said date. I called them to follow up. They will pass you to numerous agents *** *** ****** *** ****. They charged me plus 10% on top of my payment as they said I missed my payment. Called back again to asks for explanation they said the 10% is just a one time for mis payment i disputed as it's not my fault. I have given my new banking info ahead of time. They keep on saying that they can't do anything about it. **** **** **** **** ******* ********

First, I'm positive the agreement I signed does not have the same terms contained in it that they are holding me to. In December my bank made an honest mistake and bounced a payment. I called Lendcare to make good on the mistake before Lendcare knew the payment bounced and they charged me unfairly 75 NSF even when my bank wrote a letter. They laughed at me when I cried at the extra 75 I had to pay stating that at least my payments weren't increasing. Then they started taking random amounts with out notice from my bank, ***** ** *****. At my banks advice I closed the bank account and now pay via etransfer. Lendcare then applied the wrong payments to the wrong loan and even though they made the mistake they refuse to correct it and claim I owe even more money. Further, all employees there are trained to laugh at you and try to intimidate you into paying with threats to ruin your credit etc. These are really evil people and they should not be in business. They look to loan people who cannot get bank loans and they take advantage of you, costing you way, way more than a proper loan should. There's so much to say, ****** ** *** **** **** **** ******** **** * ********* *** * *** *** ****** *** *** ***** **** ******** ***** *** **** ***** ****** ****** *** *** ** ******. No matter what I refuse to pay any amounts they say I owe, I ask for dispute resolution and my 75 NSF back, as well as ask them to correct the payments amounts. They refuse all because they think they can get more money out of me. ******** *** *** ** *** **** **** ****** ** **** **** ******** ** ****** ***** ** **** **** ***** ***** ******* ******* ** ******* **** ****** *********
