  * ******** ***** the so called manager, replaced a spring and the price was $250 + Hst so let’s get it done 12 days later the cable comes off from his guy who installed it the cable is fine just not installed properly when the new spring was put on. Should be warranty but *** ***** said no it’s not our problem and it’s going to cost $250 Then $200. Then $150 wow I said this makes no sense I didn’t install it his guy did no he says again not our problem bad, warranty that’s for sure just 12 Days so the manager James as in the owner unfortunately *** *** * ***** *** take advantage of people but not me Good luck to you *** ** * **** **** * **** ****** **** *** ***** ***

  Contacted this company to install new door. Sales person confirmed I would receive a new door that would have an emergency release mechanism installed that I could released and allow me to gain entry into my garage if I lost power to my garage door opener. Day of install, installer said the emergency release mechanism would not work with the type of garage door opener I had. I stated that the sales person operated my door opener the day I signed the contract to confirm my opener was functioning. Installer stated the sales person probably didn't know how mechanism worked. I contacting the company directly and they suggested to leave me the emergency mechanism until I purchased and new garage door opener and they would come back to install it. I informed them that I paid for a door that was to have a working emergency release mechanism and that was what I wanted and I was not interested in spending more money. I was told that the sales manager who was the one who came to my house, would call me by the next day. After several days not receiving a call, on the 5th day I called back and spoke to the same lady whom I originally spoke to on the day of install and complained that the sales manager had not called. She stated that the sale manager was a busy person who was dealing with other customers and the stated that I got what I paid for. I asked to speak to the office manager, she said she was the manager. I informed her that I either wanted to get what I paid for or be reimbursed for some cost for a non functioning release mechanism. When she said no and I got what I paid for I informed her about my protection under Consumer Protection Act. She then accused me of trying to steal from her. I hung up and was shortly called later by sale manager who said they would get a used opener to install within 3 weeks. 6 weeks later no call. I called back and they said sale manager would call me that day. It's now 4 days later and no call.

  I purchased 2 simple garage doors from them priced 4,000 plus HST. I paid it with no delay as instructed. When the job was complete, the installer told me that the door does not come with an opener and the opener we have is too old so the door won't open. I contacted the owner, Shai to tell him why didn't he tell me I need a door opener also as I assumed when I order a pair of new doors I expect them to open! He raised his voice, told me "I am trying to squeeze him". I replied I am disappointed at the service I received ad I just want my invoice when he started shouting, calling me names, so naturally I hung up. He called me from a private number to continue shouting using fowl language. I hung up again and he kept calling. I texted him that just want the invoice when he started sending me several text message with rude and attacking content, calling me names such as "cheap" *** *********** ** ** **** **** ** ********** **** **** **** *** **! It was completely uncalled for. I finally told him that should he keep sending me such texts, I'd rep[ort him for ********** and then he stopped. I do not wish such experience on anyone.
