      I bought a laptop in April 13, 2024, unfortunately last week May 11 2025 I noticed that my battery is draining very fast, so I brought my laptop to the store where I purchased my laptop. I told then what my issue is, but the manager said that they don't keep record over one year. Because they i was claiming a warrant perhaps I keep paying extended warranty. But they said they can't help me? I need to contact the main store. I will not recommend this store i had a really bad experience **** *** *******.

      Staples ********** ** Edmonton, AB
      Nishita at the print services in this location gave amazing service and expertise. I brought in some art to get a few prints made. Nishita gave solid advice. She was efficient and knowledgeable. I appreciated her professional yet kind demeanour while answering all of my questions on what would work best. Loved the prints and came back the next day to get more prints from her.

      * ** ******* ** ******** ***** * ********* ***** Staples Canada regarding my recent order (#********), placed with the expectation of timely and reliable delivery.
      On December 27, 2024, Staples’ records and tracking system indicated that my order had been delivered. However, I did not receive the package. Despite repeatedly contacting Staples, I have received the same generic responses, with no meaningful resolution or accountability. Staples has repeatedly directed me to dispute the charge with my bank, which is both inappropriate and frustrating. As the retailer, Staples is responsible for ensuring the product I paid for is delivered.
      No signature was obtained to verify delivery, and I was home all day when the delivery was allegedly made. This lack of accountability has caused significant frustration and inconvenience.
      I am requesting that Staples Canada take immediate action to resolve this matter by investigating the failed delivery and ensuring that I am appropriately compensated for this experience.

      Staples shipping in Prince George is **** ********* *** ** * ****** Unbelievably slow. It shouldn't take 45 min to get through a line up of 6 people. Staff are slow and unapologetic re wait times. They were shuffling papers between customers and slowly taping things and tidying the desk **** **** ********* **** ** *** **** *** ***** ****** *** ***

      I had a deeply disappointing experience with Staples in Cambridge, Ontario. ** ******* purchased ******* *** **** **** *** *** and within three days of opening the box, I discovered the charging case was defective. We promptly returned to Staples within seven days, expecting a replacement or refund, only to be told that opened electronics could not be returned.
      This policy is highly frustrating and unreasonable, especially for electronics, where defects are often only apparent after unboxing and use. Such a lack of flexibility ********** ******** ***** ** **** *** ******** *** ******** ******* ********* I now need clear guidance on how to replace these defective ******* or receive a full refund. ************** this experience has left me with a lack of confidence in shopping at Staples in the future.

      Very poor service. Placed an order for a laptop. Showed 2 in stock. Supposed to ready for pickup in 2 hours. Call the store they say they have no record of it. Chatted with customer service and they said I ordered delivery to the store and it would be here next week. I said the stores says they have 2 in stock. I ordered for pickup and as they have it in stock should be ready in 2 hours. There is only an option for pick up or delivery. I do not see any option for choosing store delivery unless it is not in stock which the store says is. I wanted the laptop today ** * **** ****** *** ** ******* ** * ******** ****. I tried to cancel so I could buy elsewhere but they said that I cannot cancel till it is delivered to the store. So they *** and now I have to hope I can make it till I get a refund and have the funds to get a laptop. * ** **** * **** ******** ***** ****** *** **** ****** ********* ** this is the last thing I want to have to be dealing with.

      I ordered four items online. I received the ready-for-pickup notification ** ********, which does show that all ordered items are ready for pickup. However, when I drove 13km to the store, I was told the major items, two luggage case, were out of stock. I would have cancelled the order if I had been told that in the email. I won't drive all the way there just for two small items. For all my on online order experience, I was notified when any ordered items are not available, with options, such as cancelled, continue with missing items, etc. This is the first time such thing happens. Also, even if the customer services at the pick-up store told me the order was cancelled, I kept receiving the ready for pick up email everyday for a week. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE online system. ***** **** ******** ******** ****** **** ********

      Tried to buy an item in the store that was marked down. At the cashier the price came up wrong..I had to physically show the cashier the sale card and they adjusted the price. When I asked about their policy about wrongly priced items I was told by the manager that they do nothing..no discount , no free item etc **** **** ** ** **** ******. The manager told me it is hard to keep up with marked down items even though they SELL computers!! * **** **** ** ********* ******  They can mark down items and the original price comes up and unless the customer is watching each transaction **** *** ** *******.

      Says my order has been delivered but I never received it. Customer Care phone number will not help me. This was an online order that was meant to be delivered 07/23/2024 to my home but the tracking says delivered to a completely different city.
