      ** *** ********** Been waiting for my refund after returning my package for a month and a few weeks after i was told there was an "investigation" even though my package was delivered to the correct address and the investigation was supposed to end almost a month ago but every time i live chat with Staples they tell me to keep waiting and that the investigation is still being processed, **** ***** ** ******

      Bought a new computer for my business, down load everything, worked alright, three days later couldn’t open my computer. Call and they said bring it in and they would look at it, one week later said they couldn’t fix it, couldn’t return it because the box was thrown out, but they would send to Ont 2 week turn around. Business needed one now to finish *** remittances. Get it fixed locally but cost me another $250.00 dollars to fix a brand new computer, hard drive was defective. Very pour service, no help , just want to sell , ***** ** ****** check around first before buying at Staples

      My wife bought a computer and the salesman convinced us to sign up for tech support. My wife then realized two months later that she was getting charged for three different tech services. She got a refund and we requested that they cancel the tech support and surprise - we were charged for two more months before she realized again. The sales person attached our tech support to an email that wasn’t ours, messed up the phone number and we are still dealing with getting the tech support cancelled. We won’t be going back to Staples.

      I attempted to use their website social media service as well as their branded marketing sservices, both were an absolute fail. They are completely *********** to handle the branded marketing - it took MONTHS to get an account manager to assist, nobody knew anything about the products and I ended up missing my deadlines waiting on them for my product. It was a major loss for my company.

      Wow, I actually made the mistake of buying from here again! My bad. Bitten by the bad service one time and kinda forgot so I ordered from them again!!?? Really the worst place to purchase office supplies. WHy don';t they hire competent staff? People need to stop going to Staples and let them just go bankrupt, problem solved. Tried a couple times to cancel and get my money back but they would not give me anything back!

      The web shopping is torture.
      It wastes time and instead of saving time it gives costumer more advertising.
      I searched for mobile phone but all was giving me was top up cards or device protector.
      The worst web experience till now.
      Their phone at most locations never has response.
      In all locations the long message is nerves breaking. They should market it as a tool of torture.
