      Worst banking experience ever. I had to call over 10 times to deal with an issue. Was repeatedly transferred to a voice-mail that doesn't call back or the call would be dropped during the transfer after already waiting on hold for 30 minutes. The customer service representatives can't do anything for you but tell you what's already showing on the app. Closed one of my accounts unexpectedly and it was impossible to resolve. Of course they closed the account my direct deposit went to. No explanation. Was told my other account could be used it was a computer issue that would be resolved. It wasn't. Kept calling kept getting transferred to a voice-mail. Tried to close all of my accounts they said I couldn't due to 19 cents being in one of the accounts. I couldn't move any money because the app wouldn't work so I couldn't close the accounts....just awful, never banking with them again, never using my pc card again.

      Amazing. Reading all these reviews. Just like what happening to me right now.
      Missing refunds, and draining my account and with holding e-transfer. From all this they have ****** $456.83 I'm sure there is a lot more I'm going there everything. I have everything saved and printed. PC account and all my purchase.. this all started in DEC 22 it's passed 30 day. Can't get them on a phone or your you site on hold for hrs. And extremely rid works.
      Emails after emails.. I just won't my money back

      ** ***** ** ****** I made a purchase from ******. They took my my money out. I canceled the next day and wait for reversal of my money. A week went by and when I looked on my account the transaction had been deleted and the money was not returned. When I enquired about it I was told that it never went threw and they never took the money off my account. The purchase no longer shows. The reversal does not show. As if u never even purchased the item to begin with.

      What customer service? I saw some ********** transactions on my father's credit card so I phone asking for help. After being on hold for hours and having the call cut multiple times, I was able to talk to someone. They told me those were recurring payments and I should resolve it with the merchant even after I explained to them multiple times that these transactions were **********. They said that since we did not dispute it the first time it came up, they cannot do anything now and we should call the merchant to dispute it. How do I call the ******* when I don't even know who these people were???????
      I talked to another agent and she confirmed that they cannot do anything about this and we're expected to keep paying the ********.
      Absolutely trash customer service.

      Have had an account with them for over 2 years, finally switched all my direct deposits this month to them and suddenly got an email yesterday morning that they are closing my account, I called the executive customer service department and left a vm, no call back, reached out to their ** account, got a call back finally and was told that they can close accounts at anytime for no reason. The reason in their email is due to my interac etransfers, so you allow them but if someone actually uses them to pay for things then you close their account. They said they are closing it as of Oct 31 which is 4 BUSINESS DAYS notice, i am not able to switch my direct deposits with that short of notice and this will cause a huge hardship for my self and my son. I dont care if they want to close it, but at least give me until the end of November to be able to switch out my direct deposits
