      TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! **** *** * **** ** * ******** THEY INCREASE YOUR BILL AS THEY HAVE NOT SIGNED AN AGREEMENT FOR THE TERM YOU THOUGHT YOU WERE GETTING!! HOWEVER THEY DID SEND ME AN EMAIL STATING THAT MY BILL WILL GO UP AS OF JULY. THE THING IS THAT I TOOK THIS DEAL LAST YEAR FOR TWO YEARS AND AFTER A YEAR THEY HIKING THE PRICE BECAUSE WE DID NOT SIGN AN AGREEMENT. **** ** * **** ** ** ********

      Don't recommend going to this company. *********** I have been ********** ******* **** by them for over $500. They refused to do anything to fix it. Their warehouse ** **** *** refuses To look into the problem, I've called several times trying to fix the same issue and they still refuse to fix it. ******** *** ** *** ** *** **** ******** **** *** * ***** ** **** ******** They will charge

      ***** ** sales at Koodo call centre sold me full coverage protection with the brand new phone in June. ****** phone cracked both front a back in first month. Called the insurance company was told will be paying $450 from pocket. I was like no buddy said full coverage not partial coverage or I wouldn’t have agreed to pay to ******* coverage.
      After waiting all these months finally got a hold of managing department to be told we can’t do ****. Also won’t give me the phone recording which we requested ** *** ***** ****** ******* ** **** ****** ****** ** *** ***** ********

      I recently discovered a rate increase on my Koodo Bill.
      **** **** **** ***** ** ** ****** * ***** *** I'll quote the bill here:
      "Update to your monthly rate plan
      Starting on your next bill, your monthly rate plan fee will increase by 3$. If you recently changed or upgraded your plan, please disregard this message"
      I looked at related requests on the koodo website and discovered that if I look at the last page of my bill before the rate increase I would most likely find a small note stating an increase that I did not agree to. I assume by paying the bill I’ve provided consent to the increase. See the note on pg 22 of my bill above.
      I switched due to the cost and what I was told was good service. I was aware of the terrible customer service however I wasn’t aware of this practice. I’m well aware I should review my bills and in most cases I do.
      I’m not sure how you can simply increase the rate at which your providing a service without informing your customers by email, text, etc.

      - You are connected to ***** for customer service first, and then they route you to Koodo where you have to repeat everything all over again, and then they'll try and toss you to another team.
      - You are forced to agree to pay for their service once they start shipping, at least 1 week before you receive your goods and start using their services. You just have to wish for good luck that your shipment will arrive in reasonable time. Them using the worst courier service, *********, doesn't help. I've been having multiple issues with ********* and haven't got my phone after ordering my new phone and SIM 2 weeks ago. I'm considering just cutting my losses and get out before it's too late.
      - Their teams seem to work in silos, which makes customer's experience a living nightmare. You need to kinda know and suggest how things can be resolved and cannot ***** ** rely on their CS team to be on your side.

      I joined Koodo Mobile in Jan 2024. I got a good month to month plan but all of a sudden they stated tacking on what they called 911 charges? I'm sure they were aware of these charges before I joined. All of a sudden the added $3 a month to my plan out of the blue? Now I'm paying $6 a month more? I would of never taken the plan. I went online to complain and the chatbot gave me a call back in 48 hrs? I waited the 2 days and the guy stated he would take care of it. I looked at my bill later on and he changed my plan to a different one. Back on chat and another 48 hours to wait? I told them to put it back and starting looking to switch. I did a few days later. Got my final bill and they tried to charge me for 2 weeks of the few days I was in to the month? back to waiting for a call back? I finally got a manager to agree to refund me the month. Poor customer service (None) Never again

      *********** *** ********* .I was told that in order for me to make a payment arrangement I had to wait 2 billing cycles.The agents never told me it would be a hit on my credit bureau and now they don't want to fix the problem.
