      **** ***** **** ******* ******* ******* ********** ********* Once again I have had no service all day.
      Their customer service support does nothing but make a stressful situation much more stressful. Seems to becoming a regular thing with Koodo No service. Gee I wonder if we get a refund for underages??They charge us overages. *** * ******** ****** **** ******* ****** ****** *** I live out of town with no vehicle. It’s critical for my safety to have reliable service. I just can’t count on Koodo to provide that for me.

      I have been both a prepaid customer (pay as you go), and a monthly customer for 5 years now. The chat feature is the worst I’ve ever experienced, between dodging my questions, completely crashing, and claiming to schedule a call-back which either never happens, or when it does, the line immediately disconnects.
      I recently bought a booster add-on and after completing the payment page, an error occurred which claimed I needed to fill in the form again… it charged me twice…
      Then over the past month, I see records of data usage that were neither me, nor are they even logically organized (2 data usage amounts at the same time).
      ********* **** ******* ** * ***** I’m surprised how little accountability they seem to have!

      Koodo phone marketer offered me a deal $29/mo 50gig & phone and reneged on the deal by not turning on mobile data . it was a nightmare dealing with their A.I., Chriss the tech who tried very hard to turn on the service but couldnt ,we tried tried reseting APN, reboot & reset phone and checked the Koodo Home phone list of accepted phones and my phone was OK on the home list. , and the store and kiosk both tried to sell me a $1000 phone. .I fully paid my bill *** **** * *** ****** *** *** **** ********. I left Koodo after 2 months . They were advertising the same deal on their website for $39/mo. thats why they reneged on the telephone solicitor deal i got., it was being offered by koodo for $39 not $29. The guy **** and gave me a promotion that didnt exist just to make a sale. .

      ******** **** ** * **** ***** ******** I got a tablet with them, within the first mo th it broke and stopped working. I called koodo, and they told me there was nothing they could do.
      When they send you your bill statement, they also submit it to the credit bureau as unpaid *** ***** **** **** ******.
      I switched to ***** in June, the account was supposed to be canceled and the remaining tabs paid. They are now charging me close to 400 dollars for a service and cell phone I haven't used since June. And they won't wave the fees. ** ***** **** *** ******** ** **** ** ** ****** ******* At first I was told services and fees would be waived and I would owe them 71 dollars for the tab balances. Then it went up to 125. And now all of a sudden they can't waive the fees and I owe them 400 without being able to fo anything about it.
      I canceled my phone number, and tablet ba k in June and they still charge me for it

      It’s the worst customer service ever.
      I had 3 numbers under my account and asked to split our numbers to different accounts. Customer representative messed up all the information, despite the fact that he repeateded everything a few times.
      My payments were applied to different account where I don’t have access.
      You can’t talk to real person, only schedule phone call through bot that they gave. They offer only spots that they have, which meant that it’s hard to have all 3 persons together to schedule this phone call online.
      I got a call but it was cancelled, so I had to schedule another one and wait half a day.
      They blocked all 3 numbers even they were paid in full.
      It’s impossible to resolve this problem when your phones are blocked, then assistant bit is not setup for such problems.
      I’m very angry and disappointed. I waisted so much time on this.
      Definitely will find a better company

      Koodo customer service is a joke: no way to reach a real rep about billing issues, only by scheduling in advance a call back (which calls you but never at the scheduled time and you can’t talk to them, pressing “1” to speak with an agent goes nowhere ).A waste of time and energy , we will try another provider *** * **** **** **** ****** **** ******* ********** ** ** *** ** ******** ****

      The service at Koodoo is terrible. False advertising and representatives that seem to have no idea what theyre doing. I wanted to get a better data plan than my current provider. I have 2 lines with different #s. I called instead of going on line because I had no clue how to find a plan for 2 lines. They have an advertisement up right now called happy days offering 20 gbs of data for $39.00. When I called the representative kept me on the phone for an hour and 16 minutes! He kept leading me to believe that it was a great plan, which I thought too but he kept continuously asking me to hold. He'd come back with bits and pieces of information I wanted. I had said earlier in our conversation I wanted the deal. In the promo for the $39.00 it's says no hook up fee for online. Earlier I wanted to talk to a representative to ask questions so I could do it on line but it kept sending me to their chat which is absolutely useless. In the last few minutes before I finally hung up on the representative he told me there would be a $60 hook up charge for both lines and my first bill would be included in the charge. He told me it would be $230 to sign up!! He waited till the last minute after keeping me on the phone for all that time!! * *** ******* *** ***** he'd wasted my time. I told him the price was nothing like advertised and why would I pay $120 hook up fee when I can stay with **** and not pay any hook up fees?! And I told him I had just paid my $152 **** bill the day before and now, the next day they expected me to pay the $230?! I told him why did you wait over an hr. to give me this price when it's advertised for $39 a month?! I hung up on him. They phoned back within 5 minutes and said they might be able to get rid of the hook up fees. Funny how that works. I'd had enough so I said no take off my name on anything you put it on I'm no longer interested. I still got a confirmation order on my email! I would never even consider Koodoo or suggest it to anyone. ***** ***

      They have absolutely no concern about the effect they have on their clients. Would not give access to a Supervisor as requested on at least three occasions. Gave me a number to call with regards to the excessive bill I received and told me I was going to have to pay it anyway.
      The number I called put me onto an AI (Conveniently) who put me back to the first centre.

      You cannot contact their customer service without wildly long wait tills and you can't even call to speak to anyone! They send you a link to a website and you have to hope you can get a call back that day! 12 hours to be able to talk to someone is absolutely wild, and unprofessional!

      I canceled with Koodo and they are trying to charge me almost $500 for canceling with them even after I paid for the two refurbished phones and although I am paying them not in full monthly they are trying to charge me almost 14% for late fees.
