      Purchased a roof for my **** with "free shipping". Estimated delivery date 2-3 weeks.
      Two weeks after ordering I received an invoice asking for $450 for the shipping costs for the free shipping....
      Today is 6 weeks since ordering and still no roof. Emails asking for updates initially were answered with "we have to check with the warehouse" and then no follow up, but eventually ended up being ignored.
      When I called I was unable to get through via the order line so I went through sales where I was able to talk to someone. I received 3 different reasons for the delay.
      I asked for a refund, but after a week I hadn't even received confirmation of it so I just lodged a disputed transaction with my card company.

      Ordered a part that didn’t fit even though it was advertised to. They wont give a refund even though the website says 90 day return. Would never buy from them again

      I ordered an item, incorrectly described on their site and upon discovering the error and cancelling my order the same day, my **** was charged $500. I cannot get them to refund money that is not theirs to keep.
      ********. There is no nice way to put it. Now hoping to get some recompense though ****

      Purchased "In stock" **** ******/Shocks Feb 20 2024. Website stated "Ships in 2-3 days". Took until March 20 to receive. One Strut was damaged due to lose packaging. Vendor offered to send me parts so I can fix the strut. I accepted based on fastest solution possible. vendor stated 1-2 weeks for repair part to arrive. At 2 weeks with no part I asked for RMA and refund of one Strut. responses were "Thanks for your patience, still waiting for the part, will contact you when we have info". Asked for RMA and refund at 3 weeks ""Thanks for your patience, still waiting for the part", 4.4 weeks now (9 weeks since order) and have disputed payment with MasterCard and purchased a new strut from another vendor.

      On March 4 I ordered four ATV wheels from their website, and my credit card was charged immediately. Five days later I received a phone call telling me that the wheels I ordered were not in stock, could take up to 4 weeks to get, and did I want to choose a different style. I pondered the problem for a few days, and came up with a couple of different choices. None of which apparently were in stock, but all of these were shown as in stock on their website. I decided I was tired of this and informed them on March 21 that I want to refund.. they told me 5 to 10 business days to have a refund put on my card which I find completely ludicrous for something which they never even had and charged me for. I am writing this on April 3.       ** ******* **** ***** ***** They will ship you stuff but good luck if you don't get a complete order. I've been trying to get my missing parts for over a month with never ending runaround. They blame it on the manufacturer but I contacted them and partsengine.ca is not actually an authorized dealer of their parts and they have no record of them ordering. ***** ******** ********* *** *****

      This company has the worst customer service. They sent me a damaged product. I chose to get a partial refund as I think I could fix it but I’ve been waiting over 6 months and still trying to get my partial refund. ** *** *** **** **** ********
