      800 order never got refunded. Took days to accept it, waiting weeks for a refund. No communication from the customer service department. Absolutely crazy. ***** ***** *****

      This company does not refund orders that are canceled on November 13, 2023 (day after the order). No shipment of the order. Didn't get a refund. ** *** ***** ********** ***** ** **** ******** I have to fight for the refund of $3,468.45. ** **** *** *****

      **** **** **** ***** ******* I ordered two battery chargers for standby generators on our farm. The website said they had two in stock and promised delivery in 2 to 3 days. Eight days after ordering I contacted the company and was told told that the chargers I had ordered were discontinued. They offered me substitutes, but I declined since they were not the size or specs of the one I needed. They told me I would have to cancel the order and request atold that the chargers I had ordered were discontinued. I think this must be how the company finances its day to day business by using our money as an operating loan. I ordered the products I needed elsewhere and received them in two days. I’m still waiting for a refund and have contacted my credit card company. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered.

      ***** ***** ********* Parts not in stock and they charge you. Then delay you for as long as you will tolerate ***** **. When you finally ask for a refund, it never gets posted on you credit card. Everyone here please remember this: If a retail store or online store charges your credit card and does not ship the item, just call your provider and do a charge back. They will credit you instantly and go get the money back from the pricks that charged you. Waiting for them to refund you for months and paying interest makes no sense. I even tried to contact every person working at that **** site, from the top dog to the guy in shipping. Not one of them replied. **** * **** ** ****** ********

      I bought a chrome rear bumper in April and it is already covered evenly with thousands of patches of rust after less than 8 months on the truck, without any damage. I I tried to email a photo of the rust but their warranty form wouldn't accept the communication even with all of the fields filled correctly. I called and waited on hold for about 15 minutes before I was no-longer allowed to hold. The automated system promised a call back but I doubt I will get one. ***** **** *** *********

      Purchased a tonneau cover. Waited months for a bracket that they sent damaged. They finally responded after multiple emails to tell me they misplaced my emails and the part wasn't sent.
      I said I wanted a refund. They sent me a field and destroy request which I responded to the very next day with photos of the covet cut up. That was nearly 2 weeks ago and they haven't responded to any of my 4 emails since.

      I ordered a product from their website because the pictures showed it as being what I wanted. At first, the product was delayed, despite the website stating shipping in 1-3 days. Ok.
      When I finally recieved it, it was not the same product as shown, and therefore did not suit the purpose I ordered it for.
      I have been requesting a refund without a deduction for shipping for almost 3 weeks and nothing. Takes forever to get a response. No # to call for returns - email only. I have repeatedly sent screenshots of the product via email to multiple Customer Service people - none of whom take ownership of the problem - they just put you back in the queue for someone else to deal with - then you have to start all over again explaining your issue. I resorted to trying to get through to their regular sales customer service by phone. After 12 minutes on hold, you get disconnected if no one picks up. I have been disconnected multiple times.
      To top it all off - they have now changed the description of the product on their website, and removed my vehicle from the vehicles available for the product - and yet continue to tell me that it was MY mistake and they will not give me a full refund. Make it make sense. *** ***** *** **** ** ***** **** ***** **** **** ******** ***********

      ******** ******** ** ************ * ****** **** ******* ******* ****** ****** ***** ****** ******* **** ** ** ***** I receive the wrong parts and have been waiting over a week for approval to even get a return shipping label. Then have to wait for it to be returned and accepted before they even consider a refund. I cancelled another order and never got my refund approved after a week so far. I am aboe to speak to someone but no action. I am contacting my credit care company next.
