      Horrible ******* to deal with. Ordered a tonneau cover and web site says 2-3 days until shipped. 13 days later finally get an email indicating item is shipping only to find out the tracking number is bogus. Apparently shipped via ****** whom I cannot contact, not returning calls or emails. Now trying to contact somebody at partsengine about a refund and cannot get a hold of anyone. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. **** ******

      ***** ******* **** took them ten weeks to send me my part after three emails and ended up with the wrong part anyways. After four weeks from placing the order the first email came they said the part I wanted was out of stock. Sent me a photo and a supplemental part number that would replace the one that was not in stock. So I said ok that one is the same shape so it will just mount right on the existing bracket. Well four more weeks goes by and nothing has arrived so off with another email asking where the heck is my part. A week later my part arrives but no response from the company regarding my email. Then sent an email saying that it was the wrong part and didn’t look anything like the one in the picture. Of course they’re response was to bad that’s the part # I approved lesson learn ***** **** **** ************** **** *** ****** ********** **** * *** **** **** ****** ******** ****** ******** ***** **** *** *** *** **** **** *** *** ****** **** **** ******** ** * ***** **** **** * ***** ****** * *****

      Made an order 5/16/2023 for tires. It took until June 1st for them to email me saying I would be charged an extra $84.11 + Tax because I am "rural". HALF OF CANADA IS RURAL! They said it is their "policy". I said if it is your policy your system should have recognized my postal code prior to charging me, just like other companies I order from.
      I sent this message May 29th and now a week later still no response. I made an order previous for tires and was NOT charged this rural fee. That order was 11/22/2022. By the way that order took 4 months to arrive because they sold me something they didn't have * ********* ***** ** *********** *******.
      I'd like to say I want my tires but can't wait till winter for them to respond. Very poor customer service in every respect. ***** **** ****** ***** ** ***** ***** ******* *****

      Ordered a set of rims and tires from this company. Order said everything was in stock and my order was being processed. My Credit card company confirmed the money was released to them. Four days later they send me an email saying they wanted additional information from me to prove I was who I said I was. So I call their customer service line and explain to their representative that my Credit Card company protects both of us in transactions like this. They refused to proceed with the order. So now I’m fairly angry because I feel this was not explained / stated upfront and they already have my money. The Rep proceeds to tell me my refund will be processed in 2-3 business days.
      Then they send me a order cancellation email saying 8-10 business days for a refund!
      So now I have to go to my bank and pay down the credit card, just so I can order these rims and tires from somewhere else. Unfortunately I have a cracked rim and my daily driver is slowly losing air every day.

      I am also having issues with this company, bought step bars, after the first winter rust started to appear at the joints and solder spots, did a claim it has been two years on going and know the rust as started to perforate , I sent in a few emails and get the same response ( under review with the manufacture ) I think they simply buy low end stuff I have bought another item and I can see why they are inexpensive definitely low end stuff.

      ***** ** *** Delivery is done by ********* and parcel sits for days before final delivery, while parts engine has already cashed your money!!!!!

      Worst company to get in touch with for order follow up. I bought a Torklift A8000 on may 17th, I was told by the saleperson it would be shipped by the end of day on the 17th. Tried contacting them since to have an update, I have left message on chat system, I requested a call back on their support line (as the line was always busy) and at this time, may23rd, still have not heard from them.
      I am now calling **** to cancel the transaction as I feel I am being hijack by this company.

      I wish I’d looked at this before I ordered from Parts Engine Canada off ******. The company lists parts they don’t have in stock at seemingly competitive rates. They listed my parts as available, took my money, sent a single similar part (but not the two parts I’d ordered), acknowledged that they sent a different part because they didn’t have the parts I ordered, and then tried to sell me the part they shipped but that I didn’t need or ask for. The price they suggested was high.

      I only ordered my lowering springs from them because they had the quickest estimated shipping time. Its been a month since I ordered, I call them every week and the answer is always the same: “it will probably arrive next week”. They keep saying its a special order thats why it takes so long but it didnt even get shipped yet, there is no tracking of the package, in my email it still says it wasnt shipped and now I asked for a refund for this ridiculous amount of waiting time they said they cant refund special orders and on the website it never showed that its a “special order”. They said they will call me back with a manager, its been 4 hours and still no call received. I wish I checked these reviews before ordering.
