Initial service to book was ok, but once we had to discuss changes, we felt like we were an inconvenience. I checked in regularly by email and then by phone and was ignored. If service is that delayed because of vendors being backlogged, maybe hire more agents because your service was severely impacted. It took 7 weeks before finally reaching your agent. Now we'll be charged a $60 cancellation fee on top of the $500 deposit we lost. We booked ourselves the cruise we wanted within a day. I'll never use Trip Central again ** ********* ***tripcentral.ca

Dear Valued Customer . We were sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the service you received after booking your **** cruise with tripcentral.ca. I do see a few calls /emails logged on your file from the booking agent regarding a few booking related issues . There was a change to the beverage package then some discussion about the flights then ultimately the voluntary cancellation by the customer. We will speak with the agent and review the file and also pass on your comments. Our goal is to make the booking process easy and streamline . We apologize if that was not the case . The agent that was managing your file is one of our top performers and we know she has been extremely busy and spread thin. Fortunately we have since hired more staff to better serve our clients. Travel has picked up so having more front line agents will definitely lighten the load for our existing busier agents. The cancellation penalty from the cruise line at time of booking is loss of deposit even though there was a possible delay getting in touch with our staff the penalty for the cruise line would have remained the same. From start to finish , this vacation was stressful. Originally we had tried to book with one agent (don't remember her name) but ended up having to book with ******* as our original agent didn't get back to us on time. This caused a $420.00 increase per person in a matter of 2 days booking with Heather. In the beginning, ******* was really good at getting our vacation booked. But after the booking was done it was hell trying to get a reply on excursions that were offered in Mexico.
The day before our departure from Mexico to Canada, we were trying to get information on shuttle service to the airport. ******* was quick at responding to us this time. She informed us to download the transat app. I wish she would've told us this, from the beginning , as we wasted 2 hours of our last day trying to figure out arrangements.

Our mission is to make our clients booking experience as easy and seamless as possible. Price fluctuation occur as a result of the tour operator changing their prices, which can happen quickly and often. It is unfortunate that the agent responsiveness caused you to postpone your booking and prices fluctuated before you could book your trip. Please keep in mind we have many agents standing by to work with our customers and assist in anyway and our clients can also book and secure a vacation on our website as well if there is urgency. We cannot reply to the price discrepancy and there is no way of looking back to see when and by how much the prices changed. We are in the process of hiring new staff to help serve our valued clients as we are still growing our staff due to demand in hopes of having more professional agents. This will surely help us in our response time. Once in destination the representative from the tour operator you are booked with is responsible for reaching out to our clients to set up the return transfer. They also have an orientation meeting at the start of your trip to give you some valuable destination information , tours , excursion and general guidelines. Not sure if you attended this meeting but we do recommend all our clients to make a point of going. It is here at the orientation that clients are advised how and when the departure transfer will be . The tour operator also have a tour desk with transfer information. Since this is a function handled locally . we will send our tour operator a message letting them know you were not able to determine the details and the local rep did not follow up with you in destination . We rely on them to take care of our clients once you are in the destination. We are happy to hear that our agent was able to guide you to downloading the tour operator app. Our tour operator partners do ask clients to download the app before you travel , the information is on the electronic ticket we forward 7-10 days before travel . It is a good way to stay in touch with airline functions and any changes that may occur. Our goal is to ensure that all goes well with the booking and our agents try to ensure everything is executed properly .We are sorry that you have had to write this review and we hearing you and we will make an effort to make things better or improve in the future. This is second time that we are booking through Tripcentral, and we are going to use them for all our future vacations. They are fast, responsive, website is easy to search and find what we need. Particularly, ***** ********** was so dedicated, calling us after hours, even on days that she was not working, to make sure that we are satisfied. Her experience in visiting the resort we were looking in was beneficial to make our decision.

I have never in my life been serviced by a group of equally bitter and angry women. I spoke to perhaps seven agents of this company and literally none of them could even pretend to be nice or tried to help me even though we were spending $6000 with their ****** service to travel to a family wedding. The hotel cancelled our reservation and neither the airline nor the ****** company had the decency to contact us for next steps so we had to do it ourselves. During this process, we were left flightless, moneyless, and baffled. I would rather die than ever book anything with this company ever again. I don’t know how they have the decency to call themselves a company and I don’t even know how they remain in business given that anyone with a computer can do this.

I booked a recent vacation with Trip Central online. I did not receive my tickets from them so I was not able to check in online. As a result, we checked in at the airport and as expected our party got split up on the plane. Same story on the flight home. I tried to call them and email them and got no response. Needless to say, their communication is terrible, but I guess they didn't care once they got their money. The invoice was issued on 13AUG. and the tickets were emailed to the email provided on the file on 15AUG. We do apologize if your tickets were not received, at times they are and can end up in the junk folder. If this is the case we apologize for any inconvenience. For future keep in mind that as a client you do not need your ticket to check in on line. Using your booking number , which you had on your invoice on 13AUG. you can check in without a hitch . We booked a trip deal. Each deal comes with flight and hotel. We took 3 of the same deal with flight and hotel and agent put all of us in one room. When I complained they said I never asked for separate room. So we had to pay extra on top of our deal that's supposed to have hotel and flight for each person. They did not fix it and accommodate us as I explained. Rather asked to pay extra. Lesson learnedtripcentral.ca

The invoice was issued on 17AUG. This reservation was made for 3 travelers in one room . It was brought to our reservation department attention that your intention was to book 2 rooms . This would have resulted in a different cost as the price quoted was based on 3 sharing a room . You can have numerous rooms but the cost would be based on how many passengers sharing in that room. Prices are contracted and provided to us by the hotel and supplier so we are bound to quote the price provided for single, double or triple in your case is the price quoted and booked. . If you would like to try to make a change to your reservation please reach out to our reservations department. Our agents are standing by to assist.
