    I booked through TripCentral. The price advertised was not the price we paid. It ended up being $400+ extra per person. I won’t use this website to book again.

    We're sorry to hear about your disappointment in our website.
    Our booking system is NOT live pricing. Which means if the availability and/or prices are changed by tour operators, it can take a long time to update in our system. Despite the fact that our system is very up to date, and updates itself several times a day, simply because a lot of data is exchanging in our website, to/from suppliers' database, as well as customers' activity and agents usage, sometimes it takes a longer time to up date the information on the website.
    That is why our website is designed a "two or three steps process", to give a hint to the visitors about price change, if happens. We're sorry that our website is not perfect, but you're probably aware that tripcentral.ca is one of the biggest travel website in Canada and with the millions of data exchanging during the day, sometimes the system is not able to keep up. This is why we recommend our clients to reach out their agents after browsing in our website, to be sure about the correct availability or the actual price of their trip.
    Our intention is not to trick, deceive, fool or bait and switch our customers in anyway. We are an honest and forthright company with the best intentions to educate our clients, provide good choices for them in their search, and inform them with our website and tools. Our system bounces to the accurate and true price and availability of the package. We know its not perfect and it is not live pricing sometimes, but we do maintain the website as accurate as we can for our clients.
    We do advise clients in several areas as well on our website to read the "contract of sale" at the time of adding their payment information, and we disclose that, prices are not guaranteed and space not held until confirmation from tour operator is received. We do apologize if this seem unjust and not transparent to you, but we do try to disclose where we can.
    Again, we're sorry for your disappointment and recommend you to call *** *** ****, talk to one of our agents next time to offer you accurate information before you pay for it.

    After booking and paying, could not have any response from agent ***** ******* No returned calls no returned email. It is like... we have your money but the rest... do it yourself. For almost 20 years i book vacations with ***** ******* Never problems and always friendly advice. They are not there anymore. I am very disappointed and for sure i will look for somebody else next year.

    Thank you for sharing your comments with us. We apologize for the lack of communication between our agent and you. Our agents are extremely busy and while it is not how we want to do business until we hire more staff, we will be encountering these sorts of situations. This is not our usual business practice and we are making efforts to free up our agents to allow them more time to be more efficient and available for our clients. We are hiring more staff to join our team, in hopes this will allow our agents to improve their responsiveness.
    Having said that, you are always welcome to call one of our numbers and talk to any agent to assist you. Clients are not limit to their own agent.
    It is the structure of tripcentral.ca that the front agents like ***** ******, only book the clients, and afterwards the "Support Team" take over and assist with any type of requests; rescheduling, adding insurance, cancellation, advisory, answering questions, etc. We are sorry that you were not advised you can reach-out to the support team to help you with your trip.
    Your file has been personally discussed with the agent's immediate manager, and your concerns will be discussed with her.
    I would like to extend an apology on behalf of tripcentral.ca for the lack of communication from our agent.

    I cannot thank Tripcentral particularly **** enough for everything she did in finding and booking the flights I needed to get my granddaughter here for her upcoming March break.
    5 Star all the way from initial contact and the quick response to sending me options to having it booked and finalized.

    Had nothing but a very pleasant experience with ***** who was friendly and professional and not only quickly booked our vacation but also was very helpful with making changes in a few days. She explained upfront how much the change will cost so there were no surprises, and she kept all her promises by calling back and responding to my emails. definitely will try this company for future bookings.

    My boyfriend and I were looking to book Cancun as our first vacation together. We had called ******** ***** for advice and to purchase our all inclusive trip. Unfortunately she gave us false information and we were left unhappy with the service.
    1) ******** never mentioned that the resort she suggested has 2 other “parts” or sister resorts beside them. We later found out that we were put in the older side that doesn’t include the main “Grand” resort. It is an additional $100 USD/day to access this resort and it was unfortunate to know we missed out on many restaurants, pools, water park etc. as this was not mentioned.
    2) I asked how many pools our resort specifically has. She said 8, but there is only one big pool at the **** ****** *******. It seems she was counting the pools we didn’t have access to without paying additional for each day!
    3) Upon booking we noticed a slight price increase and we saw that our arrival flight was Premium class which she clarified. However, our tickets later only said Economy. I had emailed her a week ago, and followed up 4 days ago and still haven’t received response. She said with premium we wouldn’t have to pay for checked baggage, so this left us $80 CAD out of pocket.
    4) The first thing that I mentioned upon booking was that beach (white sand, bright blue water) is important to us. The beach is dark blue with lots of seaweed, and almost all other Cancun resorts have the aqua blue ocean that we anticipate we’ll get. We later learned that because we’re at the very edge of Cancun the water is different in this area. In an email, I said upon research I’ve read that this beach is not great and I asked if this is true. When she responded, she completed ignored this question and only answered the other question that I had!
    This was disappointing as the representative’s job is to look out for your best interests and provide you with accurate information. Based on the call and emails, we feel we deserve compensation. Let us know.
