**** * ****** *** * ****** They refused to tow me on the Thursday before a long weekend because I didn't have my front plate on the vehicle. Vehicle was plated, insured. Will not be renewing. They used to be great but with these new policies giving all the decisions remotely to dispatch. **** **** *** ****** ** *** *** ** * ****

MEHRAN N. was the best truck driver I ever has, he was such a safe driver, and made the drive home great. Thank you Mehran for making my CAA experience amazing, you saved the day!

My vehicle is at a body shop in Niagara Falls, I asked CAA to tow my vehicle to another body shop that is more affordable to me. I was told CAA could not tow from one body shop to another and only tow my vehicle locally. I have Plus service and three remaining service calls on record.
The vehicle was towed to my home and I was refuse anymore towed.

I was paying about $2500 a year for my car in some dishonest and crooked insurance company ( one of top insurance company in country) and then when it comes to renewal , they notify me about increase on premium , about $400 yearly(only ??). At that moment I bumped my head to the same car which I had to pay more to insure it , after accident I find out there are other insurance company that exist and not crooked and dishonest. So I called CAA , I’ve got my insurance ( I swear to god) almost half price of my current insurance , yes about $1000 a year less , not $50 or $100 . ** *** ***** *** ****** *** *** ****** ******* **** *********** *** *** ****** * *************

Amazing service this past weekend! My first point of contact was with the representative from CAA she was very pleasant to deal with and helped me out immensely trying to figure out where we were on Niagara Parkway. The tow truck driver Billy was amazing very helpful, very efficient and was very cautious and careful with our car as we have a classic vehicle.
He took his time made sure we got home okay with the vehicle. Apparently he's only being with CAA tow truck services for 3 months he is a definite asset to your company..

On Saturday January 21, 2023 I called CAA to pick up my car. When the driver got there he asked what was wrong with the car. I told him that the shifter is in Park but the car is registering that it is in gear, therefore the car wont turn off or on because it thinks its in gear already.  He got in my car to take a look himself.  We told him we had to put the ebrake on so it didnt roll.  He got in my car to take a look himself.  We told him we had to put the ebrake on so it didnt roll.  He tried a couple things and that didnt work. He popped the hood and looked under my hood. He said to me that the transmission looked good and it was just a shifter cable that is broken. We got to the garage, and I showed him where to park it. The driver lowered the truck and then started to raise the flat bed on an angle. My fiance started yelling "whoa whoa whoa" and thats when the tow truck guy realized that my car was rolling off the flat bed. The flat bed ramp was still off the ground at this point. My fiance estimated that it was at least 2 ft off the ground still. As soon as my back tires touched the ground thats when I could hear everything scraping and crunching. I jumped in the car and hit the ebrake while it was rolling backwards to prevent my back end of my car from rolling into the large cinder blocks that was behind it. The tow driver, that CAA sent, unhooked my car from the winch which is why it rolled off. Sohaib Ghalani, CAA Damage Resolutions Specialist, sent one email to me. I replied with my statement, photos and told him I have video surveillance. Since then he has been ignoring emails and calls from myself and my insurance company. ******* ****** ***** ** *** ******* *** ***** ** ****** ** ************** ******* ** * ***** **** * * **** * ******

I had a car accident in February 22 / 2023, due to severe storm, and I called CAA, in the next day, and the adjuster told me your car is total loss ( as Airbag Poped up) , and after 1 month in their location, they decided to be repairable , so they aske me where I want it to be repaired, I answered in the car dealer where I bought it ( honda dealer) and from April 6 till now more than 3 Months they did not repaire it ( as they said to me there is short of parts) , and CAA did not offer me any repalcement car (only $900 renting a car) and I Paid till now more than $2500 for rent, and when I spoke to the adjuster she said I can not do any thing, No car, No repaire, Not even frame time of repairing of my New car ***** 2021
Hope to find some one listening to my complaint

Horrible experience just trying to get a quote…. They say a claim was filed against my wife, but I prove no claim filed…. Even get letters of experience from current provider and forward it to prove it… still not enough… I think it’s because we have a new driver coming this year but either way… *** ** * ***** I’m done with any service they offer. Two long time dribpvers here.. no claims… A+ credit two newer vehicles home plus other vehicles to add later but too much run around… rant over… see ya CAA

I'm very disappointed in CAA. I have been a member for years. They have always been responsive to towing requests but the service regarding winter tire change is terrible. In the CAA magazine, there was a notice that CAA does a winter tire change at your home so I booked an appointment online and the appointment was confirmed twice by CAA in email messages. I provided my address when booking so CAA was aware of where I live. At 8 am on the morning of the appointment, I received a telephone call from the CAA technician saying he couldn't find my address. He was in Barrie and it turns out that my location which is just outside of Collingwood about an hour away is not in the service area for winter tire changes. He told me that I was one of those customers who "fell through the cracks" and acknowledged that it was a problem with CAA's system. The technician was very pleasant and I'm not blaming him for not showing. It was obviously a CAA error in appointment booking. Their system should have picked up that the address provided was not in their winter tire change area. I did receive a follow up call from a CAA representative with an apology. Because I had not made an appointment with the local tire shop, I am now waiting for a month, well into May before my winter tires are changed. I'm seriously thinking of discontinuing my CAA membership.
