      Amazing service this past weekend! The representatives who answered my calls made a difficult situation easier. The tow driver who arrived to tow my car was very efficient, polite, and caring. He went above and beyond by driving back to the pothole that caused 2 tires to blow out so we could take pictures. He also told us to sit in the tow truck while he loaded the car because he thought we were cold. The cost of the membership is worth every penny. I will never be without CAA.

      I have been a CAA member for more than 25 years. I have used roadside assistance several times and the service has been excellent. For that CAA gets 5 stars. The travel insurance business is another matter. I have had two trips in the past year (my first claims for travel interruption) and the service has been disgustingly bad. One claim has been in process for 7 months and the other for 4 months. It is impossible to speak to anyone in the *********** office. All the emails come back with an instant DO NOT REPLY acknowledgement: Pricing is competitive that's 4 stars, Customer Service and Professional Performance - (that's minus) 4 stars. CAA should review its arrangement with ***** Insurance and try another provider.

      You pay for years and when you finally need them they won't even take the time to take your call for help.
      They just said I'm at home and hang up on me. Nice. Thank you so much!!. That's what you get for being a plus member for 16 years.

      Hit a deer yesterday and totalled my car and to top it off my tow truck driver stole my phone holder/charger. Thanks for kicking me while I'm down!

      I joined CAA since 1994. However, yesterday 1:00am, -5, I called CAA, is an answering robot. I need help but only a machine. This is ridiculous. No option. No short cut.

      I had 1 terrible story i am sure you had it in your records
      1- in november i called in for a service middle of the road the vehicle stop working at midnight and tow trucks refused to come to the scene i had to wait 6 hours in the cold and forxing them to come..
      2- driver came in to tow thr vehicle from home he refused to drive me back to mechanic due to covid today !!
      3- another driver came in rufused to tow the vehicle due to plate and wanted to charge me money
      When it comes to collect money for your service there is no issue but i wasnt expecting this after years of being serviced i am CANCELLING MY SERVICE

      I pay 287.02 (with taxes) annually since 2002. I added my daughter on with "Plus" service several years ago. She called for CAA tow, this past October. Because she had to get to work, I helped her out by going to the car to meet the driver. He charged me an additional $27 because I have a basic membership, that doesn't cover more than 10 km of tow. That's "their contract", even though it was her car and she made the call. * **** ****

      Worst company, their hold times on the phone is forever and customer service is a joke
      They sound like Artificial Intelligence....I rather speak to a computer

      Once again CAA has come to the rescue. My son’s car failed to start so we assumed the battery was weak and asked CAA for a price which compared with going out to buy one.
      They arrived promptly and before replacing the battery they tested the old one and also tested the alternator.
      This just reaffirms the value and piece of mind having a CAA membership.

      I purchased CAA's service just in case I ever broke down. Today is the first time I have used my CAA service in the three years of being a member. This incident involved needing to change my tire because I did not have a jack. I was appalled that I needed to roll up my sleeves and assist the service person with the lug nut and tire removal. Ridiculous! What am I paying for exactly? With service like this, CAA will have some fierce competition soon.
