      **** ********* *******. We got an email from a Collection Agency for work this company did even do, didn't come to the house even. We never got an invoice from the company yet they had the nerve to refer
      to a Collection Agency. Who does this. Collection Agency says if we don't pay this fraudulent bill they'll send it on to a Credit rating agency and our credit rating will be affected!!!

      We had Appliance Repair Experts come out to repair our Washing Machine in Vancouver. We had 3 call outs with them. The first time they misdiagnosed the issue (which they charged for). The second they came in to repair the issue and decided it wasn't the issue at all. I watched while the technician disconnected the inflow, pulled out the filter, did nothing, pushed it back in. Claimed he'd fixed it and charged for the service. It worked for about 5 minutes after he left. Now it doesn't work again, same issue, and the technician is claiming that he fixed the problem so this must be another problem. This time he wants to order yet another part (without even coming in to re-diagnose) and then come in and make yet another fix with another charge. I will be issuing a credit card chargeback against this company as everything they did was wrong, and I'm fairly certain the technician is ******** ** ** misdiagnosing and continuing to charge for every visit. Absolutely awful company, **** **** ***** ** ***** ******* ** * ***** **** **** * ***** * ******

      Had called to look at our dishwasher. Diagnosed that need new heating element. Was told this part is on back order. I told them to go ahead and order. A month later no response. Not sure if they even ordered the part. Tried reaching the technician, and company with no response X 3. Finally he sent a text saying part is not available. Texts very vague. I told them I though part was available when they ordered it a month ago. He said "It happens". We waited a month for a part, that was never available. Were they going to tell us?? Given there is no part, we need a new dishwasher, but there was NO communicate what so ever. They just took our $110 for the diagnosis and no word after that. I tried teaching the manager of this company and had NO response either. * ***** *** ********* **** ******* ** ******* I wish I read these reviews prior to using their service. Extremely poor service. On another note, the technician that came didn't look like he knew what he was doing, he was ******** diagnoses on the internet when he arrived. I could have done that!

      I paid for a service for which a part was ordered almost 2 months ago and have not heard from them since nor do they return calls. Dishwasher is still not fixed
