      I had paid on Feb 02,2023, for the “ Diagnose and repair of your existing appliance.“ to date I have not had the appliance repaired.
      My experience with their customer service has been frustrating at best and I will I requested request a refund of my receipt totalling $224.00, I’m sure it will not happen.
      This has been my journey with this company:
      - initial request for a repair person was made Feb 1st and the repair person arrived the next day.
      - on Feb 2nd he showed up to take a look at my broken washer door. At this point he stated that getting a door would be preferable to a new lock because a new lock would take 3-5 weeks to procure. He said he could get a new door by Sat. At this point I paid the invoice in good faith that he would be back with the part.
      - on Feb 4th he arrived with his assistant and a door lock, not the door he has previously told me he could get. They tried to fix the door mechanism but failed. He rudely told me that this was a complete waste of his time. When I asked when he would be back with the correct part he said in two days.
      - I waited and on Feb 9th I sent a message to his phone at 10:30am requesting an up date and again at 5:00pm. He responded with “The parts available Saturday”
      - I waited all day on Feb 11th, he did not call nor message me nor respond to my inquiry about when he would be fixing the washer.
      As of todays date I’m still waiting, I did try the home office number which rang about 6 times and then hung up on me. I further left a message on the website, with no response.
      * ***** *** ********* **** ******** there was no customer service and no response from either office or the repair person as at todays date.

      We had Appliance Repair Experts come to repair a noise our ***** fridge was making. They couldn’t find the problem, but charged us $90. Service call. They said that we were covered for subsequent service call if the fridge kept making the noise. We have called 5 times and been told a service person would get in touch with us but no calls. ****** ********* *** ***************

      I called this company to have my fridge repaired. When I booked the visit I specifically asked them if they had worked on my type of fridge (****** ******) because it is not they common. They said yes. When the technician arrived he stared blankly at the fridge with a screwdriver in his hand and after five minutes said I needed a new flapper. He then refused to leave until I paid. After he left I tried calling the office to complain but they refused to take my call. I have tried several times since and they hang up on me.
      After the technician left I called the manufacturer and they helped me figure out I had a loose wire which I fixed in less than five minutes. * **** ***** ***** * ****** ** ** **** *** * *** * ****** *** **** ********* ****** ******** ***** **** ******* ** *** ******

      The technician canceled on me last minute and instead of rescheduling I cancelled the entire appointment. I just got an email from a collection agency saying I owe them
      $110!!!!! No service was even rendered to me!

      We contracted with the company on Jan3rd to repair our ***** diswasher, the "service man" was friendly, polie, and got to work.
      He spent 2.5 hours working on our unit, he thought he found the issue, and removed some eggshell particles from the unit, it seemed to be running ok.
      The suggestion was that if it happened again a pump needed to be replaced and maybe a hose, sure enough the machine broke down again, and he returned (Jan 18) with the pump & hose he thought was at the source of the problem, after removing the unit, and about 45 minutes on *** ****, looking at videos, he decided that it wasn't either of the items he thought, and he felt the machine was now running, we had no need to be installed. Having no need toi use the machine, until the 20th, we attempted to run it, but had no success having it run.
      I began a telephone odyssey to get help, eventally it seemed my phone number has been blocke by them, so I got my wife to call and I got through, We were told we would see somone today Jan25th, but as of 9am this am no confirmation, I used my daughters phone and got through, but still no confirmation, I ended up having my wife call and we got confirmation, which had not been processed, 1 hour later I was sent a refund oif $58.approx.
      All thier numbers seem to be blocked to me, and or are not functioning.
      I would suggest you do not bother to engage this company.

      Call to make an appointment for my dryer. I also asked while they were out if they could look at my Fridge ice maker, as others had told me that the ******* ice maker is not worth fixing. The company told me when I called it would be $99 to look at the first appliance (dryer) and $59 to look at the second appliance (fridge). If you repaired the appliances you would not be charged the fee to look at them. I was also told as a new customer there was a $30 discount applied. The repair guy came out a few days later, fixed the dryer and looked at the fridge, never really did anything with the fridge, as he said it could be one of three things and did not recommend repairing it. He then charged my wife, as I was not home, $99 to look at the fridge, the cost of the dryer repair, and no $30 discount as promised. I should have only been charged $59 for the fridge, not $99. So, overall we were overcharged $70. I have called them many times, emailed them many times, and they won't get back to me and refund me the overpayment. * ******** ********* *** *** **** **** **** ******** *** ***** *** *** ******. Now a days with lots of options for repair, it is important to deal with honest reliable companies that want your work and stand behind their word. This is not one of those companies. Lesson learned...

      We had Appliance Expert Repairs take a look at our wine fridge as they explicitly stated to us that they had experience with wine coolers. We had a wine fridge that was not cooling because the fans were not working.
      The technician came out and poked around with a volt meter for 45 minutes and then declared that the problem was fixed, pushed the wine fridge back into our island and stated that in a few hours we would notice that the wine fridge would be cooler. He then stated that if that didn't work, he could return and top up our compressor for a cost of $300.
      When asked what solution he had applied, he said that all he needed to do was disconnect and reconnect the relay to the compressor and the fans started to work. I was suspicious, but accepted.
      Four hours later our wine fridge alarmed and the LED readouts stated "HI" which indicated the temperature was too high. When inspecting the wine cooler, we noted the fans were not working and that the dust on the compressor and fans had not been disturbed - indicating nothing had been touched or cleaned.
      We filed a complaint to the manager of Appliance Expert Repair and were told we would receive a call. It has been 10 days since the faulty diagnostic, we have called eight times, been hung up on four occasions (we were not rude - we explained our complaint). We were told three times we would receive a call back and further analysis. No call has ever been received.
      We tried calling each time we were hung up on, our call was not answered (it was being ignored). We called from a different phone, got through and were hung up again when the manager realized who was calling.
      This company states customer service and satisfaction are top priority. Do not believe it. They have failed to acknowledge a mis-diagnosis and refuse to return our calls or reimburse our initial call out fee.
      *** ************** ** ** ***** *** **** *******. They will not provide any follow up to a faulty diagnosis.

      ********* ****** ******* *** * ***** I contacted this company to have my oven repaired. Two technicians arrived & I was told the oven needed a new temperature sensor and new Main Relay Board for a total cost of $963.00 for parts and labour. I paid one-half of that ($481.50) & was told the parts would arrive in a couple of days & technician would be back to install. After waiting over 3 days, I never heard from them. I called several times & was promised they would come "the next day". Still, no technician arrived to repair my oven. Again, made several calls to the company & again told technician would call back. No call backs were ever received. Then, I received a email from company saying technician would come on Sept 26 between 12:00 - 4PM. Again, no technician arrived. I made several more attempts at calling but my call went directly to voicemail.
      HELP!!!!!!

      The technician came, claimed he repaired a leak in my fridge. He gave me three months warranty. Two days after that I had the same problem. Called him back he gave an appt but didn’t show up. He did that three times. Called the company and I was given the manager’s who didn’t bother to reply to my emails. **** **** **** **** ********
