      I'd like to provide some feedback about my experience with TD Global Transfer. I'm not sure if this is common, but I believe it might help someone decide on whether to use TD Global Transfer in the future. Background: Supposedly, TD Global Transfers let customers send money directly to bank accounts around the world in 1 to 5 business days. ****** * ***** ********** *** ********* * ** ****** ********. It's been 3 months of waiting and the money I sent has yet to arrive at its destination. I opened a ticket (complaint) with TD after a month of waiting for the funds to arrive. TD closed the complaint without notifying me. I called to inquire about the investigation and they said they couldn't contact the recipient bank. I created another TD ticket to inquire further and contacted the recipient bank myself which told me that they didn't have the money. I waited another month for TD's investigation. TD closed the complaint again without notifying me. The recipient has yet to receive the money and TD has no idea where it is. I have been hung up while on hold at least 3 times and have spent at least 16 hours on the phone with TD regarding this issue. They have still not traced the money claiming that it is at an intermediary bank. **** ******** **** ** ****** **** ** **** ******

      I would like to fail a complain regarding a service provided by the TD Canada, branch 1933 Willington Ave, Burnaby, BC, V5C 5J3. I am holder of the cross-border TD Cannada account which links together the account in the US based TD Bank with the account in the TD Canada. One of the features providing by this service is that the money transfer between these linked accounts is free of charge. On Tuesday, Aug 9th I transferred US$40 000 to my account in TD Canada. Because I was charged the fee for Wire transfer, I visited the TD Canada branch at Willington, Burnaby, and reported this mistake. I spoke with Mr. XY (I can provide a full name upon a request), who introduced himself as a manager. The problem is, he just dismissed my claim about the error, he said I need to pay. On the question if he knows what a cross border banking account is, he answered 'no'. That didn't make him to start investigating and kept insisting that I have to pay the transfer fee. When I asked him to arrange a meeting with a specialist for this service, his answer was "We don't do it anymore". I get really frustrated as I started to see there is nothing I can do. Before I left angry, I said: if I found out that TD Canada made an unauthorized withdrawal from my account, I will sue the TD." The manager's answer was: "Whatever it is". I returned home and contacted the US side. The reaction was different: helpful, provided all information, and by 12. August the missing money were added to my account in TD Canada. The bottom line is that the TD Canada provides miserable training to the customer facing personnel, which don't know about services the TD Canada provides. Also, the other problem is on the manager side: the attitude and lack of interest to solve a problem. I don't know if this complain helps to improve the status-quo, however it is only thing I can do in this matter. Thank you for understanding,

      This review is focused on the false marketing of the TD US Daily Interest Chequing Account. The account is stated to provide an interest of 0.01% daily. However, after depositing money in the account and seeing the interest credited, it was far less than would be the case for 0.01% daily interest. After reaching out to customer service, I was told that the interest is calculated annually. I do not understand how **** * ******* *** as to the details of a bank account are able to be advertised. The deceitful messaging regarding account details at TD should make anyone wary, *** * ***** ** **** ****** **** ******** ***** ******** **** ***
