      Called easyline which is not easy at all. Been on hold for more than an hour (1 hour 10 mins to be exact) then it was disconnected in the end.

      Not A Very Good Banking Experience Today!
      I went inside this branch located at: 580 Sheppard Avenue West, Downsview, Ontario Canada M3H 2S1 Phone: (4 1 6) 6 3 3-1 5 5 0 to make just a $15.00 dollar deposit for my mother back on friday, october 28th, 2022 at approximately 10:30 a.m. and was told by one of the workers that I need her bank account number in order to do so.
      I told the lady that I live with her and have her name, address and phone number, plus my identification and so she went and spoke with the Only available male manager inside the branch.
      He came up to ME and told ME the same thing and said that it was in their policy to NOT accept a check without the bank account number.
      I asked him if I can see that rule for my own knowledge and he got offended and said he will call the Police on ME if I keep asking him.
      Great Service!
      I have been a customer of this branch for four (4) years to be mistreated *** ****** like this for doing absolutely Nothing Wrong is Ridiculous!
      I will consider switching branches or banks at this point.

      Terrible service. I've dealt there for 45 years and it was always a great bank however in the last 5 years service has been deteriorating rapidly to the point it is very close to impossible to speak with anyone at the bank and it is becoming increasingly impossible to access my accounts. I can't even communicate with them by emailing or messaging them anymore to get a response.

      I have been a TD Canada Trust client for 47 years. On Friday I called their “assistance number” to access my RRSP funds from another broker. Some guy named Ali denied my security access and my funds are somewhere in the universe, ***** ** *** ******. And I am in my 70’s here in Elora ON. ** ******* ****** ** **** Can you imagine such a disgusting event towards a senior citizen in Canada?

      They did a terrible job organizing our mortgage agreement. Whether due to ************, laziness, or predatory practices, they pushed a significant portion into a line of credit which cost us big when rates increased and set us back years. *** ******** ******* ***** **********

      Wait on hold for 2 hours on the phone only to have an automated voice say we are dealing with technical difficulties on this side and ends my call. Had to call back again wait on hold for another 2 hours when my money is in my account but don't make it easier for people that can't make it to a branch and especially when they need their money to eat when I've been waiting a week to get groceries and get fed

      I am currently traveling in Mexico and have been pulling out cash from a ****** **** atm. I have been pulling out $10,000 pesos at a time. The conversion MXN - CAD conversion rate that is listed on TD Banks site is $14.88 - $1 respectively. That would mean that 10,000 pesos should cost me $672.04 CAD + 3.5% foreign transaction rate from TD = $695.56 CAD. Much to me surprise, when I checked my bank account today (after a week of pulling out from ****** **** ATMs 4 times) I found that I was being charged $744.65 for every 10,000 pesos I pulled out, which is $49.09 more than it should be for every transaction! so I am paying a mind-blowing $72.61 every time I use an atm to withdraw money here, which means in the past week I have paid $290.44 to pull out $2,688.17 CAD. Unbelievable! I called ****** **** thinking that they may be responsible for hidden fees, but there assured me that they are part of an "international ATM alliance, so there are no applicable fees and that the only bank charging me any fees was my own bank, TD. Then I called TD to ask what was going on and I was told that they may have a different conversion rate than what is listed on their site for withdrawal from international ATMs. ****** ***** ******  I asked them to provide that information to me, which they refused to do, and told me "it is up to me to pull money out from the ATM" down here. As opposed to...? I am utterly dumbfounded at the outrageous fees I am being charged to access my own money, but I am also appalled at their "what are you going to do about it." attitude. * **** ********** *** ***** *** ********* ** **** ****. When I return home I will be shutting down my personal accounts, credit card, and business accounts, *** * ****** ******** ** *** ****. By being ********** *** ********** for short-term gains, You just lost tens of thousand in income from my business transactional fees, as well as many future clients **** * **** **** **** **** ***** ******** **** ****

      Worst bank and customer service ever! ** * ***** **** **** ** ***** * *****! My credit card was blocked without them notifying me that there were fraudulent transactions on my card. I only found out because I called them to find out why the transaction I had attempted to make was rejected! You follow their prompts and you don't get to the fraud department, just the regular credit card service line. If you were away and had to call it would be impossible, waiting hours on the phone, getting cut-off. My husband warned me against dealing with TD as years ago they gave out the same account number to six people and it took months to resolve. I'll never deal with them again!!!!!!
