      I used to do most of my shopping at Hudson Bay stores, from clothing, cosmetics, shoes to household goods. But unfortunately after they changed their president it’s not easy to shop there anymore. Unlike in the past when almost everything was refundable, now all sale items are not refundable. This makes online shopping impossible, how you can be sure about clothing, shoes fleeting without trying on. ** ****** *** ****** ****** *** ********** *** **** ****** ** ***, because customer is not able to try, touch the clothes, shoes especially. ** * ****** *** ******* ** ******* ********** Very unfortunate.
      Before Hudson Bay would carry interesting brands, now all are gone and replaced by low quality brands. I wish their management will read ***** reviews and make conclusions.

      I ordered a men's watch for my wedding on a Friday. The package was delivered on the next Monday and there was no watch in the box...only manuals. I called customer service to inform them. They said an investigation would take 6-7 day before they get back to me. They emailed me later that day to say their internal investigation was complete and there is nothing they can do. I asked for details about the internal investigation but they only responded with the same words about the completed investigation. So am out $900 and have no watch. **** ** ****** ********* ******** ** * ********** ****** *** **** ** ********** But they are doing nothing to help or resolve the matter.

      I ordered online and chose 'ship to store'. When my item came, Fedex delivered it to the store but the store refused it. I called the store and the manager said they have people who don't pick up their items for 30 days sometimes. Not a good reason in my opinion, just send it back, don't hold it.
      I asked the store manager for a phone number at head office. The number she gave me was not assigned when I dialed it. I called the customer service line and his solution was to for me to go talk to the store manager.!
      Everything is too much trouble for the store, there is no customer service anymore. So I will spend my money elsewhere now.

      The Hudson‘s Bay has been a go to Store for me for many years. I usually find what I’m looking for; on one occasion when I wanted to do an exchange at the Vancouver heritage store the sales associate assisted me to use their online store as a solution. It was great, free shipping and the item was delivered a few days later. My only complaint is recently when I wanted to exchange an item I had purchased in their Langley store in Vancouver. The Langley store was quite busy, but the staff was helpful. When I returned the item at their Vancouver store, which had my size, I had to do the exchange at the returns department in the basement because they couldn’t do it at the sales desk. The bane of centralization and the consequence is lineups. The staff was however helpful and friendly, as it has always been my experience shopping at the bay.

      Terrible customer support . Will never buy anything from this company. Ordered two items online then when I got my confirmation email I noticed one item showed for in store pick up at a store I live no where near. I immediately email customer service and got a case number. No one called me back. I called customer service after 4 days and the person I got could barely speak English, phone hung up on me and nonone called me back. I again called back and explained the situation and the person said there was nothing they could do. How about contacting the store my item was shipped to and simply redirect the parcel to my home address. I guess that would be too much common sense for them! They are telling me if I dont pick up the item they will refund me. * ***** *** *** ******* **** ** ** * ********** ******** ** that is their answer to a mistake they made. This company will no longer have my support if this is how they treat customers. They have just lost a great customer.Bye!!!

      I purchased a chair online through HBC through the ******* vendor. I waited 60 minutes on hold with customer service in call 1 to be told my return was in the queue, wait three days for email instructions. Instead, I received an email saying due to "disruptions" my item could not be returned at this time (with no timeline for when I could actually return provided).
      A week later, no update so I called in again and after another 1 hour plus wait and an "escalation" with a new "case number".... right back to waiting 3 business days for another return label. At this point, I have resigned myself that I will likely never get my refund, or return shipping instructions. It is the worst customer service experience. No one on the phone, not even a supervisor could tell me what the return disruption was, when and if it is actually resolved, and the phone line was so choppy and echo-y on their end that I could hardly even hear them. As a national retailer, we expect more HBC. You will not get any more of my money.

      I always shop online because I live an hour away from the closest store. Up until this most recent order I have always had simple returns with an understanding there is a restock fee. I would be provided a label and print it then drop it off, easy peasy. I tried to return a dress that I recently received, well they no longer offer the easy returns anymore. You have to pay out of pocket to ship it back or drive to the store.
      No where on their website did they update the return process so much to my surprise this has happened.
      I won't be shopping online anymore, I do have points to use up when I am at a store, then I am done shopping the The Bay.

      It a huge store where a person can find lots of stuff. However, most of the fashion they have is for skinny ladies, not that much options for overweight women, I don’t mean size wise but style wise! Overweight women like me look for cloths or fashion that makes them skinner than they are, unfortunately most of the stuff they have make me look more fat! Thank you.

      Great Shopping experience, lots of good deals *** ** * ***** **** **** ***** *** *** ******* * ****** Took an insane amount of time because the guy would not stop asking irrelevant questions *** ******* ** ** ***** ****** ** ***** **** ***** ****** **** ******* *** ******* ***** ****. When I am done shopping I don't like taking 10-15 minutes to check out 4 things and having to remind him that he forgot to scan one item as well. Then to top it all of he **** saying that if I signed up for promotional alerts I just have to give my name and number but he went on and on wanted every detail from my postal code to my home address. Needless to say this was the worst experience in the bay I have ever had and would not recommend going to that store.

      ordered shoes on final sale. they send me the wrong size.
      ask me to pay for shipping to send them back and that they will refund the shipping via gift certificate ****** received an email saying it was a final sale and that they are sending the shoes back and need to restart the whole process from the beginning.
