      Ordered A couch from the bay and six months later I’m still waiting for it. Delivery date keeps changing. I bought it at 50% off which is probably really the correct price. They tell me it’s made in Canada, but I don’t believe it. I think it’s coming from China and that is why the delays are occurring. After six months, I am contemplating cancelling the order and purchasing somewhere else. Or should I wait it out because it’s almost here? Impossible to know. If it was in Canada, they would be able to tell me exactly where it is and when it will get to Winnipeg.

      made a purchase from Hudson's Bay, expecting ***** to deliver it on March 2, 2024. However, despite receiving a notification of delivery, I never received the package. After checking with my neighbors and finding no sign of it, I reviewed the proof of delivery provided by *****, only to discover an incredibly blurry image that fails to display my apartment number. This lack of clarity makes it impossible to ascertain whether the package was delivered to the correct address.
      Despite reaching out to customer service for assistance, I have yet to receive a response after four days, and my attempts to contact them by phone were met with disconnection. This level of service is deeply disappointing and falls short of acceptable standards. It suggests a disregard for customer satisfaction.
      Furthermore, I am disheartened by Hudson's Bay's failure to require a signature upon delivery and their apparent lack of follow-up with ***** to resolve this issue promptly. It feels as though their primary concern lies in monetary transactions rather than ensuring customers receive the products they have paid for.

      We purchased couch from Hudson Bay. Very bad service and very poor furniture quality. Couch was already out of shape and looks like it’s 20 years old couch. Bought extra 5 years warranty and was useless. Very disappointed. I will never buy any furniture from Hudson Bay.

      * ** * ******** *** **** ** ****** Their assessment procedure got mattress issues is flawed so much that you would almost never get your mattress replaced no matter what the defect is, within 10 years of warranty period. Very disappointing, would be buying my next mattress from somewhere else. ** ****** *** **** *** *** **** *** ******* ** ********* *** **** ********

      Ordered a very expensive couch, two of the three headrest were damaged… spent over 11 months waiting for the proper ones to come… it took them 3 tries and kept sending the wrong headrests… when it was finally over and done with. I had 10 wrong headrests… they refused to take back the damaged ones, so I had to dispose of them myself at a cost then they charged me delivery of the headrests… so it cost me money for their mistakes! Will never do business with the bay again

      **** ******* I ordered a sweater for a Christmas Present Nov 26th 2023. Received a bottle of cologne instead. (had a different order number) I called them and they told me to return the cologne and they would try to track my order. I went out of my way to the post office to return the wrong item they shipped. A week later still no sweater, so had to phone again, they said it was lost and that they would issue a refund once they received the cologne back. I had a tracking number and could see they had received the package back Dec 4th 2023. 3 phones calls (always about a half an hour wait) and numerous emails still no refund. I had to reorder the sweater so I got it in time for Xmas so now have paid for the same thing twice. ALSO they gave me points for my trouble, I just went on to my account and noticed they took half of them back... BRUTAL!!!

      I ordered two sweaters from the bay in December 2023. I ordered them as a set to be worn together. I have done this numerous times and had no problems. These sweater were final sale and I knew that but because of past experience I knew my size so I wasn’t worried. ******* ** ***** ** ** **** the bay were unable to fulfill this order and they only shipped one sweater and notified me the other one on the order was cancelled. I think the Bay should accept some responsibility for their computer programs for their online customers. Since I bought this sweater I have gone on line and ordered the not available sweater 3 different times and it let me order it 3 times. ****** **** ****** if something is not available it should be clearly stated and not available for order. * ***** **** *** *** *** ******** ***** ******** ******* ** ******* ******* ** **** **** ** *********** ** *** **** ** ** *** *** ***** ********* ** **** ** *** **** * **** ****** with the standard response of go to our refunds and returns policy. **** * ********** ** **** **** ** ***** *** **** **** **************

      I purchased few items at The Bay ********* **** ******, cashier failed to remove the security tags. As I walked out of the store there were people going in and out so thinking it must be someone els’s bag triggering the alarm since I had just paid for all my items. Due to my work schedule I am unable to go to mall during summer and fall months. So I went to ********* **** ******** Bay on Dec 12, explained the girl at the counter about the security tags and requested if those could be removed. As I was talking to her another woman came to the counter and told me they cannot remove tags since I don’t have receipt. I tried explaining that when I purchased the items, I wasn’t thinking of returning so did not keep the receipt. I asked if I could talk to the customer service manager so she told me to wait. After 10 minutes or so a man came and spoke to the women at the counter, I was standing at a distance so I went near and tried explaining, there was lineup of customers at the counter by now. As soon as I said that it’s not my fault that the tags were left on casually in my normal voice. Man who was talking to the cashiers (I was told his name was Doni) **** *** he raised his arm, pointed toward the door and started to shout “leave right now or I’ll have to escort you out” and he repeatedly said “leave” loudly ******* at me. He also told me he was security manager. I asked why? What did I do wrong? *** * ***** ** ****** ** *** ******* He said **** I don’t like the tone of your voice”. At this point I felt very embarrassed and shaken and asked if I could talk to someone els. He said he was the manager, he kept ******* loudly saying “ you have kept these items all Summer and fall, I tried explaining that I get very busy with my work during summer and fall and cannot make it to the mall in store hours but he did not want to hear me out. * ***** ********** **** ***** ******** *** ** *** **** ** **** ****** ********* *** ****** ** ******** **

      I ordered an Xmas gift *** ** *** from TheBay.com for $250 plus tax. Many other on-line vendors sold the same item at the same or lower price, but I chose The Bay because I thought ** *** could physically return the item if she wanted a different style, size or colour. I even double checked the return policy and I thought it said 30 days. I received an e-mail saying my order was Final Sale and that I couldn't cancel or change the order! I called Customer Support and waited on the phone for 45 minutes three times to 1) ask that the order be cancelled within 12 hours of placing it, 2) ask again if the order could be returned once it said it shipped and 3) with a reference number from the 2nd customer service rep who said to give that number and they could send me a return label. I can't believe a company like The Bay is forcing me to retain an item that is commonly stocked because of "fine print" that I didn't see when placing the order because it had to be access by selecting the "+" sign on the website description. **** ** *** ***** ******* ********* *** * *** ****** ******* ** ********

      They take your order and money and don’t deliver product. I have a case number for investigation and heard crickets from this company. Customer service promises are just words probably scripted by corporate. This practice accepting order when item not in stock (so they can blame independent vendor) ** ********** ** ******
