      They added some marketplace sellers and needed to mark that you are buying things from the marketplace seller!!! The department stores only have some sizes, and sometimes you have to order a few sizes and keep just one. Return online orders to the store was very friendly and easy until marketplace sellers came to the Bay: all of them have different return [policies and do not cover return shipping, and you can't return merchandise to the store. I ordered jackets for my son, and when I saw that the Bay does not sell them, I cancelled the order 2.5h after purchase!!!!! After 24h, I received an email that the merchandise was shipped! They just ignored my cancellation!!! In this way, The Bay will lose its loyal customers and end up like ***** or *******. Think of that!!!

      I ordered patio set on line. I then received an email that the order was cancelled. When I asked why they said the wrong price had accidentally been posted. The posted price was $84.72 and now they are offering it to me for $804.72 or they offered to give me a free bench. The posted price should be honoured; they made an error and they should have to pay for their error I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in The Bay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was a long time customer but will be shopping elsewhere in the future.

      I bought a couch, it turns out, through their market place third party. I had no idea, it looks like it's from The Bay and even the payment shows up as The Bay on my credit card. The couch broke on the first day and now the Bay has passed all blame to the third party and refuses to refund my money. The third party has in theory agreed to refund my money but a month later it is not refunded and neither party will deal with me. They are passing the blame to each other. I will never shop at the Bay again.

      I purchased a $500.00 * ***** watch and The Bay thought it was a good idea to ship me a used one. That will be my last purchase ever from The Bay!

      The bay sent me the wrong item. I ordered a king duvet and they sent me queen pink sheets. No one would take responsibility for it and in order to actually get the item I ordered they made me either return it to the store and get a gift card back - and repurchase it (so it would cost me double) Or wait to have ********* pick it up and processed a return send out my new item and wait two more weeks. This was after the first agent hung up and getting this solution took over 1.25 hours to even get. I will never shop at the bay again.

      Bad bad bad customer service.
      They do not speak well English, it is very hard to understand what they say and they do absolutely nothing of what you ask them. It is a game. Basically they just answer they cannot do anything or they will do, but they don’t. Hudson bay take your money first and they don’t care after. ** ** * ******** ** *** ** *** **** ******

      Extremely negative and un-reliable service.
      I'm very frustrated. This company waisted my time and ruined my family reunion this summer.
      We ordered a coach in June 2022, and was told it is available in the warehouse and will be delivered on July 30th 2022.
      On July 30th, no one showed up, and upon calling customer services, they said they will deliver it in 2 shipments (on August 11, and August 24).
      We received "Half a coach" on August 11, and were told there has been a delay and the second half will arrive on on Oct 01.
      On Sep 26, I received a text and voice msg on my phone about a delivery on Sep 27th 2-5 pm, and after confirming I was told that there is another MONTH of wait!!
      The new date is Oct 27th!!! After many phone calls with 4 supervisors from customer service, I received a call saying that the delivery date is Oct 05th
      On Oct 04th, a voice msg was left on my phone informing me that the remaining 2 pieces of my coach will be delivered in 2 shipments Next delivery date is Nov 01!!!
      * ***** ********* ****** ********* **** **** ******** *** I want a compensation for false information and deceiving customers

      Ugh, reading all of these reviews makes my stomach turn. I bought a dress for $248 back in May. It started literally falling apart, with the buttons tearing out, from the first wear. I contacted the Bay and I was told that I could return the item, no problem, and was provided with a free return label. They received the return. And then I waited, and waited, and waited. It's been months. I've followed up via phone and email multiple times. After an initial runaround of pretending they never received the item (this happened more than once) each time I was eventually told that I would receive the refund in a few business days. And finally today, they told me that they won't issue me a refund. They gave many reasons that didn't make any sense, but the final reason given was that they do not accept defective items. We have asked for this in writing, however we are still waiting for that email to come through. What a joke of a company. We've bought tons there over the years, and never, ever again.

      I will never buy anything online from the bay.
      They use a 3 rd party who are the worst.
      I’ve been trying to get a return label for over 2 weeks. Same story every time, 24 to 48 hours and they will get in touch. When u talk to customer service they make sure to tell you the bay will not except the returns. Next thing I’m going to the credit card company. No wonder Zellers went out of business, I think they have very poor management.
      I won’t even go to their stores anymore.

      I placed an order for 2 items "*****" , The Bay charged my credit card right away . The Order was canceled by they did not return my money . I had to call and they promised to return the money after 2 weeks.
