    I paid my payments early and they claimed that the double payment didn't count in the payment period. They then took away my promotion and charged me a ton of interest. I paid their card off and will never use this company again. **** *** * **** ***** ******** ******

    * ***** **** * ** * ***** ** **** **** I bought furnitures and I did press on the 24 months equal payments ?? and now I have a couple of days of free interest to pay my full balance,like really? Why would I applied for a credit card if I would be able to pay it cash??? Now I give my payment and have interest higher than my payment...does that make sense??? * ***** *** ********* **** ******* ** *******

    They charge 45 percent interest when I was told 29.9 percent which I thought was bad. They offer no interest and then say no only available for some cards. Using it instore is so frustrating too

    I have very 800+ Credit score and still got denied on the credit application of $1000. Even bank pre-approve new landing immigrants for this much credit.
    A terrible company who have no reason of explaining why they are rejecting your application and shielding themselves with an "internal process" and creating a bad image for credit bureaus(********** and *******). I came to BBB to check their rating and now feel lucky that I am not in their trap.

    Flexiti is the most dishonest financial company I have ever dealt with.
    I have experienced false charges with 3 purchases over the last 3 years. All have been resolved but not without many phone calls, emails and a lot of stress.
    I have only used their card for purchases 3 times. Each time I would opt for No Interest and No Payments for 12 months. This term costs a pretty significant admin fee that has to be paid for at time of purchase.
    Afterwards I would log into my flexiti account and there would be random charges due. I would call flexiti and ask why and get no explanation other than it was an additional fee. I asked what do the terms No interest No payments mean to you? I paid my admin fee at time of purchase. I shouldn't have to pay you anything or owe you anything until the contract is up. But here is where it gets even better. With all 3 separate experiences, I would pay off the money owed before the end of the term and they would say I didn't. Their system compounds interest daily so they say what you owed yesterday isn't what you owed today. I remember paying off a $2500 purchase 2 weeks before the end of term. I logged into my account a month later only to find out they considered my account not paid off in time with .01 owed. They charged me over $900 interest. I called and asked what happened. They tried to tell me it was my problem. I finally had the interest charge dropped because I said I would take them to court for fraudulent charges and fees.
    The most recent problem I had was with another purchase I made. Again no interest no payments for 12 months. I paid the admin fee at time of purchase. I had set my bank app to make weekly payments. I logged in near the the end of the term and realized I made 3 extra payments and my account showed I was in the plus. My flexiti account had a credit now. Just to be sure I logged in about another month later to find new interest charges for my last purchase and I owed them money.

    * ***** *** **** ****** **** **** **** **** *******. Too many tricky things. FLEXITI has option of paying over 12 months and Dentist applies for me. However, when I pay the money back, I found there are extra 99.84 dollar I need to pay. I call them, I was told it is insurance. I said I never ask for insurance. Then it might be dentist, dentist says they never buy insurance for clients. Then who buy the insurance for me. More crazy thing is I call FLEXITI and it is related insurance company ***** ****** ***** ***** and follow their procedure to cancel the insurance. I did not get the refund. The I was told that I need to pay 99.84 each month. Crazy! 99.84 each month! But I have cancelled, so I do not need to pay each month. But what I have paid cannot get refund because of one month passed. The question is I even do not know the insurance until I receive the statement and call them. then I have to call FLEXITI and *** and understand what is going on. it has been one month passed.

    Signed up for the 24 month equal payment plan. IT IS DEFINITELY NOT THAT. They didn’t send me a bill or email of the balance I owed until AFTER the fact and I was “late” on my payment which they then added a $240 interest fee. Since I started with Flexiti, my amount due has not even moved. I think I’ve paid more than I should have and every month my payments keep getting higher.
    March-June 2022 -$415
    July to August 2022- $526
    I emailed them and called them out and September was $324
    October 2022 is now at $677 when I didn’t receive any emails or phone calls or anything until yesterday. Saying my account is over due when I just paid a bill last month, this month isn’t even over.
    They’re terrible with their communication with customers, they’ll overcharge you* **** ** ******* ***** I was only supposed to owe $7668. I still owe $7030 after 7 months.
    As soon as this is paid off, I will NEVER use again ** ***** **********

    ***** **** *** ******** We had a equal payment plan for a hearing aid and when our commitment to Flexiti finished we got a collection services invoice for over $60 a year and a half later. We have been trying to find out what the charge is for and their customer service is horrible. All they say is that we owe them money. We have emailed and called and they finally say they think the amount was a charge for a new card. We never had a card when we set up the account as our payments came out of our bank automatically and we certainly never requested one and they charged us a year after our plan was done to renew a card we never had or requested. Also we have finally found out the original charge was under $25 so the rest of the money owing is interest. We only found out that they charged us after they sent the amount to their Collection Services. We have explained that the charge for the card is not ours as we never requested it, they just randomly charged us *** **** *** ***** ********* **. ******** ******** * ***** *** ********* ** ****** *** ** ****** ***** *** ** *** **** ** **** ******* ** ******* *** ****** ** ***** **** ** ***** We don't know what else to do. *** **** ****** ** *** ****** **** * *** **** ** ** **** ** **** ** * **** ******* ** ** *** * *** **** *********

    These people will only do damage to your credit. Today I discovered someone apllied for a credit card in my name yesterday. I informed them it was not me. Im at work in the bush and its not even possible. I checked the address used and it is not mine. When I asked the lady to repeat it so I can call the police with the information she refused, told me to call the police and hung up. **** *** ********* *** ********* ********* ** * ***** *** ***** * ***********
