    Horrible......Customer service is the worst. I have an excellent credit rating and only go involved because of a no money down zero interest deal and had issues from the get go. After hours dealing with wait times, talking to various customer service staff. I finally escalated my issues up to management......the lady we dealt with was beyond rude. I requested that all my information be removed from their system......not sure it was done but I totally do not trust this company. ** ******** * ****** *** **** **** **** ***** *****

    Can log into my account. Clicked reset password and it says to call. Call in they say click the reset password button. I explained that says to call them. The reps response was that's odd have a good day and then hangs up!
    So now I'm expected to pay the correct amount on time. But the date changes every mk th as does the amount. And if you miss 2 payments or are late they take on extra interest ??

    I actually have had no issues.
    I had the card before it was Flexiti.
    When I reactivated under Flexiti, everything was online, including statements, etc.
    I was told about the Admin Fee when I bought a 3 year no interest item by the Salesperson at the company I was buying the item at. I think they referred to it as a Deferral Fee.
    I pay every month and don't get charged interest.
    I recieve confirmations of all my payments by email, no hidden costs.
    All statements are online so the due dates are there.
    The only delay I had was in getting a new card under the Flexiti name but it arrived a couple of weeks after I called them.
    All of their information is accessible on my account online and I recently recieved a Terms Update by email, so everything seems to be communicating electronically.

    ** * ***** **** **** **** * *****. I got something on a 12 months plan with no payment and no interest. I just got a email saying i was late making my payment and I'm charged over $300 interest and in reality I got until May 2023 to pay for that. I called them and they said on the phone that there was a mistake and they will fix it right away. It never happened and received another notice after that.     Very high interest rate
    Thought I would get 24 equal payments with no interest, No chance they want me to take 36 payments with a 30% intrest rate.
    That would double what the total purchase was initially.
    Will be canceling my account got it less then a week ago.

    * ****** ***** **** ********* ** ******* ** ******* ** ******. They WILL hurt you financially. What they offer is the opposite of a service. If any store offers you or tries to push Flexiti financing on you, leave your purchases on the counter and walk away. ****** ** ********* ********
