    I made a purchase using Flexiti and ALWAYS paid my statement on time, now they're charging me $418.80 of interest because there was left over after the promotional plan ended which is a 50% interest charge. Why was the amount not calculated correctly in my monthly statements to AVOID THIS, as a customer is it apparent that you do NOT have an option to which purchase your statement charge goes towards so they can make you suffer these penalties. **** ******* ** * ******** **** *** * ****** ******* *** **** **** **** ***** I just got off the phone with a supervisor and they refused to dispute the charge

    I've been trying to get a refund for almost.3 weeks now and there is Noone to talk to.. only email... they won't give me my refund.

    Used Flexiti to finance furniture over
    $10 000 at Leon's. At the time of the purchase ,store employee applied for financing, insurance was declined by us and we calculated out monthly equal payments, no interest for 36 months.
    I went home with a payment date and monthly equal amount.
    Fast forward 10 months. I actually logged into flexiti account as amount did not make sense. I called Flexiti to ask what happened. I never missed a payment, it was always before due date and I was paying more monthly then initially set up. Hoping to pay off quicker.
    They said I purchased an insurance $1.37 per $100.
    As per Flexiti I choose insurance at the time I did online account registration. Apparently it was a question.
    Nobody informed me about this. No letter was sent home.
    I was underpaying my monthly rate as a large portion was going toward insurance. Paying interest because I was not paying monthly equal payments. Needles to say well over a $1000 down the drain.
    Flexiti said insurance was through another company, **********. I had to call them to Cancel but buying insurance was so easy that i didn't even know i purchased it. Never heard of the company that I was apparently paying for months.
    I was told it's my fault for not logging into Flexiti account and keeping track. Honestly if I had amount for equal monthly payments, I didnt think there was a need.
    Very disappointed.

    Used Flexiti Financial for a purchase in March of 2022, and payed off the loan by July 22/2022. I made my final payment and then closed the account. Fast forward to April 2024 and the account was magically re-opened and renamed with a new email under a new name using my home address. I talked with an advisor in July and informed them of a fraudulent statement sent to me and their "security" dept assured me they would reverse all charges and deal with the fraud. I was assured that Flexiti "locked the account" knowing full well this was fraudulent activity taking place. Fast forward to August 2024, I received yet another notice informing me of interest from these initial fraudulent transactions. Unbelievable. *** **** * ******* **** **** ***** **** ** ******* ** ******* The account was supposed to be closed. How does this happen? I'd like to know.     **** ***** ******* ** *** ** ******* ********** * I had a card here and phoned regarding a late payment of 2 days of $500 and was charged $300 for a late payment.     Horrible experience, I bought a crib and a dresser and chose the flexiti financing option. They issued a card as a one time payment for the full amount. I’ve been playing phone tag with the distributor and flexiti for a month they’re both blaming each other and neither will resolve the issue so I have to return the items and pay out of pocket for shipping and have to pay interest on the full amount and return fee. *** ******** * ***** ******** *** **** ******* *** **** ** **** ****

    Very bad experience. I was paying all my payments on time with them for at least 1 year and missed the last date of the promotion by 4 days (2 working days). So they charged my account with full interest occurred and when I called and asked kindly to consider waiving this amount due to my loyalty and accurate payments before, they just waived 40%. so I still need to pay $1000... Their inability to understand their customers and unwillingness to be flexible, despite their name, suggests that I will NOT have any future business with these guys *** * ** ************ ******** **** ** **** ***** ******** **** ***** ***** ** ***** *** ********

    Bought a watch and some other jewelry at ***** store. When i initially got the card at *** ****. the lady put in my wrong email. so as a result i never got a bill paper or emailed. so i forgot i had this payment. as i have other bills beside this one. and when i called to ask if she could get the 4 months of interest of about 60.00$ off she said no. because i should have known i had a bill when i bought the stuff. ill be cancelling my card. ********* *** **** *** ** **** *** ****** *********

    I closed my account with Flexiti as soon as the equal payments were paid. I accrued no interest but there was one instance where they said they did not receive my payment despite knowing it was paid at least 2 weeks before the due date. The person I spoke with argued with me about not receiving payment when I called to enquire. I had to show proof thru my bank for them to even investigate. They only told me the day of the due date, that they did receive my payment. I have never had this happen to me before with any credit card. I became concerned as I was on an equal payment plan, therefore not able to make another payment that would have caused future payments different. This probably would have affected my contract causing interest to be paid. I will never sign up with Flexiti again ***** ****** *** *** ********** ** **** *****

    Hi! ****** **** **** **** **** the accrued interest i got charged on my last promotional deal i got from Flexiti. Whenever we buy jewelries at a well known Jewelry shop me and my husband are using this Flexiti card that we were offered. We always paid the full amount before the term that we are offered in order not to pay any interest. The last promotion we got was Dec 2022 for $1,973 under my account and always make sure everything got paid. I paid my last balance on Jan 2024 because i know for fact that i paid it full and did not check anymore my balance because i am very confident i’ve paid it. I did not know that i left a $40 balance which they did not notify me or made a call just to tell that i still owe them that amount. Then all of a sudden i received last Friday a text message that i have an upcoming payment that i need to pay. It made me
    confused why do i need to pay wherein i have paid my account in full last January. I tried to sign and saw the account that i was charged now $527? I logged in to my account and check all the details that because of that$40 balance they are charging me now for the accrued which they did not notify me thru a phone call and reach out to me regarding my balance. I have paid that $ 40 plus a $10 interest but will never pay that accrued interest that i did not sign on it to pay. If i’ve known it that i still owe them that $40, i will pay it right aways because we had alot of transactions/purchases made thru the card but did not fail on paying everything before the due date. Thank you for your time and help in advance regarding this issue.
