    The sale rep told us 12 months no interest after 12 months 30% interest.
    Every month they email us saying $0 outstanding. At the end of the 12 month they added an extra $2400 on a $3400 purchase.     *** ***** They never applied the 0 interest financing when i purchased a sofa from *******. The supervisor hang up the phone instead of trying to help. They are trying to charge you interest instead of honoring the interest free plan

    ** ******* ****** ** *** ********** **** *** this financial company underwriting it, bought a sofa a year ago on promotion, received monthly statements stating $0.00 owed. The last statement before the promotion ended states payment due date as Jan 23rd, but they added the accrued interest on Jan 16th, they charge $3247 in interest charges 7 days before the actual due date. ** ****** ***** **** ** * **** *** ********* **** ** ******* *** **** ** **** *** *** ********* *********

    I got a Flexiti card with $1500 available credit. I wanted to wait to buy a new bed in 6-12 months. Then when I was going to use it, I found out it was canceled and there only excuse was I didn’t use it soon enough. I told the woman I talked to that none of my normal credit cards dictated that I had to use all the available credit immediately. She told me I should re apply which is the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. Emailed them explaining that they just canceled it because I didn’t spend the money soon enough and I never heard back from them. *** **** ** * *****

    They are very unreasonable and makes mistakes but expect costumer to pay for there mistakes not happy with there services at all very dissatisfied with them.
