    **** ****** ******** My wife and I applied with them because of a purchase at *******. Although we both have credit scores above 800, have stable jobs and good income, we were both refused!     The worst experience I ever had in Canada was dealing with Flexiti. The first thing is, if you miss 2 minimum payments they entitle you to pay off the whole amount. Otherwise you have to deal with almost 40% interest rate. In my case, I purchased 11000$. Now you can see how painful is dealing with 40% interest rate. *****365$/month just for interest portion***** When you buy stuff from store, they don't mention it to you until you miss your payment. **** **** *** **** ****** *** **** *****. In my opinion, they actually do this intentionally and lead you through the point of making mistake. Its so easy to forget an on time payment for the entire year and they know it already. Even if you setup a pre-authorized payment, you have to be careful to set it up at least 3 to 4 days before the actual due date, because some months are 29 days and some are 31 days. No need to mention that your payment may not be posted on time by your bank too. *** **** **** So what I did, I had to cash out my credit card and pay off the Flexiti and then pay my credit card in stages with 21% interest.
    **** Costumer service is awful. All they know is that "you have to pay this much to get out of flexiti". *** **** **** ******* **** *** *** ** *** *** ******** ********* *** ** ********

    ******! They will not tell you there is an annual fee of $39.99 for their card. Or you need to spend a good amount of time in a store, after your credit application has been approved, to read the contract which is attached to confirmation email. So, do not bother if you want to save some money by not paying the whole amount for your purchase. You are going to spend even more in the end.

    **** * ********** Unlike other financing options including car payments and credit cards, if your due date is the 2nd but the 2nd is a weekend, they make it the first. Everyone else makes it the next business day.     I just ordered a mattress and a bed frame cause i just moved out from my place, when i called i provided them with my ID card and they closed my account for "security reasons" (that they won't disclose). So now they're cancelling my orders and they told me for a new one it would take 6 months to get! ** ** *********** I answered all the questions they asked me perfectly so i really don't understand why the fuck they are doing that! ****** *** ******* **** ***** **** now i still have to sleep on a camping mattress ***** * ****** **** *** **

    BUYER BEWARE
    Can I rate zero stars?
    Full honestly, I fell a little bit behind during covid. I still paid in full because it was the right thing to do. They refreshed my account saying I had $3000 available. I relied on that. I actually needed it and even though my account says I have the full a amount available, they refuse to honour it.
    They are more than happy to charge their ridiculous rates.
    I would have settled.
    If you are going to close an account. Close it. Don’t promise money that is not there.

    Subject: Extremely Poor Customer Service Experience
    On August 15th, I attempted to purchase a laptop at ******* and was presented with a payment plan option through Flexiti. I complied with their request for several documents and subsequently received an email instructing me to contact them by phone, which I promptly did. Following their instructions, I submitted 2 pieces of identification via email. Regrettably, I did not receive any response from Flexiti.
    Today, I made another call to Flexiti in hopes of resolving the matter. To my surprise, I encountered a very rude representative who demanded that I resubmit all the previously sent documents. After complying with this request, I was informed that my passport did not meet their stipulated criteria. This incident has compelled me to voice my strong dissatisfaction with this ************** policy..

    ******** *******!! I had 24 months interest free and made my first payment early and apparently their system didn't pick it up. I paid the admin fee and interest and first payment to a total of $ 286. I called and was told no problem, we did receive your payment. The next month they charged me the $286 plus both months payment. I called and they said the system didn't pick up the early payment so i hadn't made the payment on time. I told her when I called they said it was showing I paid and it was all good. She said no that's not right as if I was lieing to her. So i paid it then the next month I have interest again!! I tried calling and there is no person to talk to it's all automated. I sent them an email and no response. I'm paying the **** thing off and posting on as much social media as possible to warn others. This company should be dealt with legally but I'm not paying for a lawyer.

    Terrible customer service... Their disregard for customers is evident, and they aim to extract as much money from you as possible. *** *** *** ******** **** *******. I ended up losing more than $2.5k due to their actions. I strongly advise avoiding this situation altogether. They're insisting on me paying $2.5k in interest for the entire sum, all because I didn't know about a $50 administrative fee. They never responded to my emails.
