  **** ***** ******** ********. I used Flexiti to purchase new emergency tires for my vehicle under the six-month deferred payment plan. Going based on the statements that were provided by them, I cleared off my balance owing by my payment date last month. However, they added a new balance owing amount of $240, stating that this was interest accrued on my balance (what balance?). When I called to check in, I was told by the customer service agent that I SHOULD NOT have gone by the date they provided as the payment date on the statements but rather six months from the purchase date (which was five days before the payment date). She specifically said, "Oh, you went by the statements. No, you should have gone by the time-lapse of six months instead." I asked what the point of statements were if they didn't provide accurate information and gave erroneous deadlines. No adequate reason given, only an apology and unfortunately there was nothing she could do (she was very polite so mini points given there). Once I clear this "new" (***** *****) balance with them, I'm closing this account. Not worth it *** ******** ******** ***** ** *** ******

  I made a purchase with Flexiti through *******. They never sent me my card as promised in the mail and now I do not have my account number and am having a hard time getting ahold of anyone so that I can pay my bill as they keep charging me interest.

  Purchased 3 items from ****** through Flexiti financial, this is when the trouble began, made a 6 hundred dollar payment to my account but Flexiti added the 6 hundred to the balance called them to straighten things out, it just got more ******* up, talked with several flexiti employees and got no where, I finally ended up cancelling 2 items that were going to be delivered. paid off the entire balance, all I got from Flexiti was a giant headache, ** ** **** *** ******** *** *** **** *** **** ******* ** **** **** * ***** *** *** *** *** *****

  Flexity took it upon themselves to place my pre authorized payments to a different account with a later maturity date than the account I was paying off which had an earlier maturity date of deferred payment plans… ended up costing me $600+…. I ended up using my line of credit to pay the account off and close this ******* Flexity account…I made several attempts to rectify with them and the originator of the account (*** ***** in Niagara Falls Ont.) and both refused to help fix this… I have a good income… excellent credit score… never needed Flexity.. just thought at the time it was convenient way to make certain purchases and worry about later…. **** **** **** *** ******** **** ***** ******** ******* *** * ***** **** ** **** ** **********

  I recently purchased a washer and dryer through Flrxiti. I get statement online each month. This month my statement came and said my due date for payment was October 25. I get an email from them stating my payment is due now, the 19th of October. I have been dealing with the company where I purchased these items for 50 plus years and never had a problem. When I inquired about the due date Flexiti did not even respond to me in person but used an automatic generated email that did not even answer my question. Will think twice about shopping with any company using this finance company * *** ********** *** *** ******* * ** ********

  ******* ****** **** ** *** ***** ******* ****** Tried to change my email and phone number because I don’t have access on my old ones to confirm and do a purchase with *******. Flexiti asked me to send a proof drivers license and a picture of me,I did!!!! They then told me to wait 48 hours to process.and then they told me 5 business days went to 2 weeks. **** *** * *** * ***** * **** ********* ******* I called this morning and they said my card was canceled and can’t tell me why!!! No reason to cancel an outstanding client just because he changed his number and email. ******* ****** ** ******** **** ******* **** **** *** ******* ***** They waisted 2 weeks of my time for a credit limit of 1000$,and never late.**** *** ***** ***** **** ** ***** *** *** **** ********* **** *** ********** **** *** ********** ******** ********** ***** *** ***** **** ********* ** ************

  Buyer beware. These guys are ******** ****** ** burying the payment date on the third page of the statement. I am extremely diligent in making my payments. All of the emails showed a payment date of Oct.6thb in the first page but to my surprise I see a $100 charge because I missed the Sept. 29th date buried in the 3rd page of my statement.

  **** ******* ** *** ******* ****** They said no payments for 3 months when I purchased my TV. After I found out that they have a undisclosed registration fee which was 25 bucks. When I found out about it they charged me interest on that $25. When I said I want to pay they told me they would send me a card with all my information on it. I never received it. 2 months go by and they charge me 40% interest on my total balance because I missed 2 payments. Something I wasn't supposed to pay for 3 months I'm being charged interest daily.

  Add extra charges on every statement even pay more than invoice amount. Un- trained - agent , An Unreliable Financial Institution, I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Flexiti, a financial institution that claims to provide easy and convenient services but they are not at all professional. ************** ** ********** **** **** *** **** ** **** * ****** ****** **** *** ******** ********** ****** **** ****** ** ***** ************ ********* *** ******* ********* **** ***** ******** The reliability of Flexiti is severely lacking. During my interaction with them, I encountered numerous issues that made me question the integrity of their operations. One of the most frustrating aspects was their inconsistent customer service. Whenever I tried to reach out for assistance with my concerns, I was met with long wait times, unhelpful representatives, and a general lack of accountability.
