      ** **** ***** * **** ** *** ***** I have been an airmiles member for many years and saving for travel for over 10 years only to be disappointed. Kept getting error messages on the page after putting in my information. Called 4 times , waited on hold each time for well over 2 hours, each agent had a different excuse for why it was not working (I don't want to blame the agents as they were kind and patient). I tried many different dates and combinations and nothing worked... *** ***** ***** ** ** * *** ***** I will be changing my credit card over to a better reward earning card.

      AI or chatbot will keep you waiting 30 min, 60 min, then all of a sudden it will say they are cancelling the chat, when you are there waiting and answering them. They also retired my points, over 2000 of them because I didn't use them enough. But I did sign in to my account but they cancelled them anyway. They don't have stores they use to. They want to get a credit card and use points from that, an app, to download, **** * *** ** ******** **** **** ******** ***** ***** **** ******* ***** ** ***** ***** *** ***** ****

Today, as I write this message on hold for 2:40mins Any recommendations on how to reach this company for help with questions on purchases and converting to e-voucher. On line help nor chat bolt is of no help. Totally frustrated 30 + year customer.

      The very worst customer service I have ever experienced. They never answer their phone ever, just put you on hold for literal hours, playing muzac even after they close for the day. Online help is the same. Just the worst.

      Purchased a $50 eVoucher that did not work, and was unable to redeem. Spent over an hour waiting. Asked for an exchange or refund on the same day, but was denied both options. Wasted years of collecting Air Miles points only for it to be wasted.

      ** * ***** **** *** **** ***** * ****** Their customer service is horrible – I've called 5 times to have Reward Miles that were fraudulently taken from my account (after signing up for the AirMiles **********), and after 3-hour wait times and "Customer Care Ambassadors" providing me with ticket numbers, I'm still waiting on a resolution (which will require another lengthy wait time). If/when this issue is resolved, I'll be cashing out my miles and cancelling both my account and my ********** with them. **********.

      I attempted to use my rewards balance to order some movie tickets and was unable to proceed. I attempted to use the online chat and waited 40 minutes only to be told they can't help me o have to call. So I called, big mistake !!!       ******** ***** * ** *** ****** **** *** the ****** ********** gives you 2% back that is instantly redeemable against any purchases or 3% redeemable against a Rogers product. this is a no fee card and you can get one that provides insurance as well, no annual fee. ****** is the way to go. I cannot emphasize enough how much airmiles ***** now - it was a decent program pre COVID, but since then it's awful, awful awful.

      After 20 years of collecting miles they removed them with NO NOTICE. My account was inactive because the places I shopped regularly - *** and *******- dropped them as a partner. This is deplorable customer service. **** **** **** *** ****** They are not worth the effort.

This used to be a decent rewards company to work with, but they've deliberately creating barriers for people **** ************ ** *** ****** ********** *********** ** *** **** **** ******** ******* ********. In contacting the company to inquire about ***** accessibility issues, I was booted off the phone line, repeatedly booted off of online chats and had to resort to messaging them through ******** after which I was told to go through all the same avenues that I had just tried.
