      I tried reaching out to the Air miles rewards program 4 times now and always long wait times. I was ok with this and waited over an hour the first time. I even left my number for a call back the fourth time and they called back with elevator music to hold and i waited another 33 minutes like an idiot. This is the worst call center i have ever experienced dealing with. I cant redeem my points. Not sure why they have this program if you cant reach anyone to redeem your points. I am not the only one as i see others with similar complaints. They way they are going i wont be surprised if there program fails.

      The good: once you place an order, you get the order in a reasonable amount of time. The bad: poor selection that does not change much. So, not exciting. In addition, the website navigates poorly from a tablet. Overall, not a great loyalty program from a user perspective. Sorry to say.

      Collect for 30 years and go to use finally and they have deleted my airmiles.. Conveniently over covid if not used they delete and want me to pay them to get them back.. ****** **** ** **** * **** ** ****

      for a travel rewards company they are particularly bad at dealing with issues related to travel. Their site kept changing the dates on me when trying to book a hotel then when i did book it it changed the dates again between me hitting confirm and the email confirmation. . . I did not catch this one until i got to the hotel and was told nope we had you for last night not tonight. . . so I called airmiles customer service who told me to call customer service . . . and then refused to do anything to help. . .they said as I was a no show (due to the wrong dates) that I was out the points and maybe I should call **** and get my taxes refunded because thats the best possible outcome. It really showed they do not give a crap about leaving someone stranded.

      I am not a corporation ! I am a senior looking to get away for a week using my paltry few airmiles! I went the route of finding an affordable week away which was priced at $869 to purchase but could not do so on your site or get help in any way by phone or messaging! In the hours I wasted trying the package went from $869 to $1559 and no longer affordable to me. I have not claimed for a number of years but this current procedure is not working! I will not consider joining ANY Air Miles promotion as my time is more valuable than dealing with frustration and incompetency.

      I lost all of my Air Miles points because my account went dormant. They will delete all of your points after 24 months of inactivity and there is nothing you can do. I am disappointed in them. Since the pandemic I hadn't had much chance to use the card and there have not been many locations that accepted Air Miles. I would suggest finding a different rewards program. * **** * ***** ***** * ****** I have wasted years with them.

      Trying to call customer service is a joke. Wasted almost 3 hrs today waiting on 2 different phone lines. The call back service calls you back 2 hours later only to say there's no one available & your call will be returned within a week:(( Come on air miles you can do better than that!!!! I'm a onyx member trying to report FRAUD!!!!

      I was locked out of my Airmiles account. I called the customer service line and was on hold for 2+ hours and was hanged up on. Worst customer service ever..

      *********************************************** I've been a long time collector and the lack of customer service is appalling. Using Airmiles.ca. Booked hotel in NYC we'll in advance for 2022 Easter weekend. The hotel had been converted into a homeless shelter months before and not operating as a hotel for over a year -clearly not vetted by Airmiles.ca. Called "costumer service" - closed Good Friday. Booked a modest hotel on our own. Called "customer service" early Saturday. On hold for hours. Claimed they would book a room at a similar hotel in a similar part of town. Waited. Was guided to proceed to the agreed upon hotel. That hotel had received no booking. Called "cs" ...on hold, waited 2hrs. Booked another hotel on our own. When "cs" called back 3hours after agreed upon check-in. I explained our disappointment and the desire to be called the following week to discuss the reimbursement of our airmiles, the taxes paid on the "non-hotel" plus compensation for the travel agencies lack of service and all the unanticipated money we laid out to fix THEIR mistakes. No call. Hours on hold. Took weeks just to get back airmiles points and taxes. It's been over 50 days since our return and all we have been offered is delays, poor service and an insultingly small amount of money based on the per night rate of the hotel we originally booked. I feel we followed the airmiles.ca guidelines and fail to see what we could have done differently to avoid this outcome. They claim that they are experiencing longer then usual wait times while on hold is not the exception but, the norm. ******************* find a different loyalty rewards program. This one is broken.

      It has be almost 3 months of waiting and frustration. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. And that sentiment is echoed by everyone I speak with. There seems to be no ownership of a massive screw up on Airmiles part and the has been no resolution to date.
