      This is the absolute worst experience ever. In total today I have spent 3.5 hours and counting on hold waiting to speak to someone. I am trying to book a flight with my airmiles that were put on hold from Covid. I had a flight booked for December 2021 and it was cancelled due to the Covid restrictions on the East Coast. I understood I would be able to rebook it, apparently not, the points needed now for this flight are double the air miles. Ok I can almost accept and swallow that ****, but waiting on hold for this amount of time is completely unacceptable. This will be the end for me with airmiles. ***** ****** *** **** ****** ** ****** *** **** ***** **** *** **** *** * ***** ** ******* ** ****** I truly don't understand how AirMiles can do this and still say they have any customer service. Side note....I am still waiting for them to pick up the phone. **** * ****

      AirMiles is by far the worst reward program ever. I’m sure that they do not always give the appropriate amount of points because I seem not to get what I think I should have gotten. Part of that problem is that is that the points always get used when redeeming but you don’t get the points deserved until weeks later. They also don’t have an active way on the app to contest the missing points that will solve your issue immediately. They also don’t have any points unless you spend over $20 and then you get 1 point. **** * *****. The odd time they offer better rewards, but those are few and far between and when you do use them, you have to wait weeks before you see them. Who has the time to try and keep track of all their transactions and expect to remember what they are due. I’ll keep using the AirMiles card, but I’m definitely not an enthusiastic user because it is the WORST REWARDS CARD ever.

      ****** ** *** **** **** * ******* ***** ** *** ******** **** *** ****** Booking online is easy but if you want to make any changes you have to call customer service. Iits been a month and i still can't get hold of an agent. t's always busier than usual and their callback feature informs you that they are busier than usual and cannot talk. You have to enter a date and time but it's a guessing game because every date and time i choose comes back with "I'm having a problem". HORRIBLE service. * ***** ********** *** **** *** *** **** **** *******

      Airmiles are doing everything to keep my money and airmiles. The hotel canceled without penalty and I have that in writing yet they are finding all sorts of reason to steal my money and miles. In addition Airmiles takes sloppy notes *** ***** ********* *** *** **********   The Hotel gave back my money and airmiles to their 3rd, that is a fact, soo I want my money and airmiles back.

      Not worth much. I've been collecting for 5 years, I only have 14,000 miles. I just tried to book a flight that would cost 18,000 air miles, plus $115 in taxes and fees. A cash ticket is under $300 including taxes and fees.

      ** ********* **** **** ******** I waited two hours for a call back. Then when you ring you hung up during the third ring. I can’t run to the phone fast enough. So I call back again. Then a message says the call cannot be completed today try again in a week. In the meantime I can’t use my card and I can’t replace it as it was stolen. **** **** ** ******* ** **** * ****** ****

      I just waited almost 2 hours to be told my air miles are gone because my card was inactive for 24 months. My question was " Where do they go?". Apparently you have to actively participate in the program. Anyway I am disappointed to say the least.

      fabulous gifts! the most recent gift I traded miles for was ****** ******* Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier! snazzy clean look, easy to use, plug it in and press the button (3 easy settings). This is small enough to fit comfortably on a bed table with plenty of room left for a lamp and book, but strong enough to fill an entire room with enough mist to help with the dryness that our winters bring. * ****** ********* ****. In fact, I will be buying another one for my daughter right now!

      Absolutely brutal experience with their customer service program. We've spent the better part of the past two weeks trying to redeem a travel credit worth $850, and probably over 30 hours waiting in total either on the phone ourselves, requesting call backs and receiving them only to be put back on hold, receiving call backs to only have them disconnected, OR the latest one where we receive call backs and are informed the "ambassador" is not equipped with the skills to handle our issues and we're then transferred further where we're having to wait on hold. Previously disconnected and the current call of over 2 hours at the time of writing this still without actually being connected to anyone who can help us. Just today two of us have each spent over 6 hours trying to redeem the credit that's owed to us - this is the same credit they have previously outright refused to reimburse, exchange or allow us to use in any other manner. We're unable to utilize online services or any other means of redeeming our credit. Air Miles Reward Program is a complete NIGHTMARE. We'll be happy to have redeemed this credit (if we do), and then be done using this program indefinitely. The rewards aren't worth the hassle, stress *** ****** ********* that comes from dealing with them.

      I just waited 2 hour and 30 minutes and had to end the call because I had to attend to something else. All that I need to do is change a reserved flight and I am no closer to my goal. Can't believe that I just wasted 2.5 hours of my Monday evening and am getting the feeling that when I call again, because I have no choice, it will be another 2.5 to 3 hours of waiting if not longer. Atrocious customer service. So far, all I can say is that there is no customer service.
