      My Air Miles account was compromised, I tried calling them and was on hold for about 2hrs and than I was asked if I wanted a call back, my call back 2 weeks later. I explained my situation, I was told she would send the report to the fraud department, a week later I got an email from the Fraud Back Office, No-Reply, asking me to call their Customer Care Centre and was able to get in contact with any, not time slots were available. The worse Customer Service I have ever come across.
