    I bought a package back in 2021 and the "leakproof shorts" did not work at all, no one answered me when I brought up the issue, I figured I was just unlucky because mine was faulty so I let it go. But I still loved the other products in that package so I decided to buy an other package recently but two products were missing!!! I've reached out twice and no response, again. I don't want to let it go this time. Could anyone, please, help with this issue? * **** * *** ****** *****

    I just received my order and one of the items is incorrect. I rechecked my order and it clearly states what I ordered but someone in their warehouse grabbed the wrong item. I'd like to exchange it for the correct item, but Knix's Customer Service is pretty much non-existent if you want to deal with an actual live person! I tried the phone# twice - each time the phone rang 2 times and then a recording came on saying there were no customer reps available (after only 2 rings they know this?). I tried the online chat bot who couldn't help because...it's a programmed bot!! When I requested a customer service rep, was again informed by the bot this time that there were no customer service reps available. The bot did forward my request to Knix somehow, and I received a response that I should hear back from someone IN 10 DAYS!!! And this response will only be by email!
    With such poor customer service availability, I will not be ordering from Knix ever again and will now have to spend wasted time trying to exchange one pair of underwear, or try to obtain a refund. I've learned the hard way unfortunately to ****** *** not order from companies that don't have a customer service dept where you can speak with a live person and don't have to wait 10 days for a response. Knix is now in that category.

    We ordered so far 2 times, the first purchase made it on time no issues and the product was good, the second one time I ordered 2 bras and never received them, I had to open 2 tickets with ****** **** and they said Knix had to reimburse us not them; also I tried contacting Knix’s Customer Service by chat, email and phone and none of them work, the automated chat does not connect you with anyone , they just sent an email every time after you try to complain and explain the issue, after that I got an email saying the response would take 20 days … on the phone it sounds like is ringing and they even tell you they will record the call but no one will answer so the call ends, by email there is just an automated response with no solutions at all… so what do I think? This is very bad customer service… I had to send a DM on ******** and ********* to complain about my order and then I got their attention , but.. we only got the reimbursement for the order not the total we paid that included the shipping costs. So … I’m not happy. There is so much room for improvement regarding their customer service, again, product is good , service is really bad, ****** ****** ** *** ** * *** * **** **** ** ** ***** ** * ********

    Terrible customer service! My order was shipped to the wrong address. I tried to chat but they referred me to email. The email response said they would respond within 20 days. 20 DAYS!!!!!! That’s unbelievable! In the mean time I’m out the money and have nothing to show for it.

    I’m not happy with anything about my order. The bras are skimpy, they do not look better then my cheaper bras & their customer service is non existent. I am not computer savvy but when I’ve had to return items I purchased from other websites I at least gotten an email back. ***** ***** **** ******

    The clasp on one of my Knox bras left an exact rash/burn in that one spot. It’s painful and itchy. Can’t wear a bra with it when it happens. Contacted the company about it a couple of years ago. Was basically told ‘it’s you not us’. Got pissy and thought I got rid of it. Did a big clean of everything I own. Put all of my clothes away again. Pulled out a bra yesterday and when I was out I felt the burn starting again. Took it off wHen I got home, it was the same bra I thought I had thrown away. No point calling back because it’s me not them (whatever). Love the bras, but won’t buy them anymore after having this validation about the one particular bra was causing my skin to burn. And only the one, but they wouldn’t do anything about it.

    I will also add that certain styles of our bras relax with wash and wear. They are designed to shape and mould to your body as you wear and wash them, so we suggest giving your item a wash and wear first to better assess the fit! This cycle should be repeated about 4-5 times to achieve the intended fit. It is really important to do this during the beginning process to help loosen the fibers and allow your Knix to shape to you better the next time you wear it. It’s possible if you haven’t done this yet you could end up having a really great fitting item!

    Was looking forward to my order from knix, thinking I finally found the right bra.
    Ohhh well what a disappointment.....and no return either!!!! I was not worn in advance that is you have a sale you can't at least exchange if it does not fit - who does that ? I have never met a retail store doing that before.
    I followed all your sizing suggestions, and still, the bras are wayyyyy too small.
    I don't understand why I can't exchange either?
    Now I have 2 bras that don't fit. the only solution is to throw them away; and xxx dollars out of pocket.

    Product is not as described. You put in the size Bra you wear, and they tell you what size you need according to their Web site. In my case it was a number 5.
    The Bra I ordered was a sports Bra. It was very hard to zip up in front. Also, it made huge bulges under my arm pits, and it did not stop bouncing which is the big sell of this bra.
    You never talk to a person it's all a computer-generated system so if you have issues *** *** *******.
    **** *** * ***** **** *** I paid over 89 dollars for one bra, and they refunded me, * ***** 73 dollars so it's not refunded your money back if you cannot wear the Bra. It is they give you 73 dollars for something you paid 89 dollars for. ***** *** **** **** ** ***** ** **** **** ** ******** **** *** ** ******** *** ********* **** **** ** ******* *** *** ***** *** **** *** ********* **** * ******.
    Also, no discount exists. They have all kinds of discounts offered but you're going to pay 89 dollars for the **** bra that does not fit and only receive 73 dollars back.

    It seems that a $20.00 discount was applied to your order which is why the refund value did not reflect the regular price of $89.00.
